I was sceptical about the prospect of the appointment, now it’s done it gets my full support, their is many positives including exposure for the club and players that he will attract. Rangers may not be their final destination, but if they can perform and get exposure it’s a win win. 
 

Gerrards appointment even made the mainstream news here in Australia. Media that normally only talk about football if it involves Australian players.
Comment was he's going to the World's most sucessful football club, they have won 54 national titles.

celtic winning the league got about 2 mins on Sky Sports News, Rangers appointing Gerrard got 24 hour rolling news coverage with comments from every premier league manager and every player under the sun. 
We can all guess the ins and outs of how he’ll perform but the board have played a blinder here, it’s all about the Rangers and it will be all summer.
Earlier in the week id never felt that we’d been smaller, I remember how big we are again and what the name Rangers means, excited beyond belief for next season now.

Not trying to be funny but who have we heard it off of?
I can only remember managers coming in and praising or paying lip service to the players already here.

Sadly, that’s what’s needed. Withdraw the support, sadly it’s changed days and the supporters are held to ransom / conned into buying a season ticket. 
Pre season tickets, if the team / product was pish the supporters didn’t show. The board soon got the message.
with that said the fans have been tremendous. 
 

Obviously I am a bit emotional.right now but would it make sense to not show up to the last 3 games? As we care about the club and the ticket money we can obviously still buy our tix etc... but just not go to the stadium and leave it empty. 
I feel like we need something drastic for the board to realize that we are the ones who fund/control this club! 
I am out of ideas but something needs to be done!

The red white and blue collar was the first top I had with the RFC badge on it. Before that I remember buying a top at the local sports shop. Got it home and it was more like a St Johnstone fucking top ?. In the absence of “official” merchandise the guy just sold me whatever was closest.

Looks like the players are blaming someone else for how shite they are. FFS they should be embarrassed, getting substituted, from that team. The lot of them should have been subbed. 

I posted similar after 20 games comparing Murty's record with Walter Smith. Someone asked this morning where it stands now so I've compiled their records after 29 (how many Murty has managed) and added McLeish, Souness and Advocaat in to see just where he should be performing.

I think Kenny is making the right move trying to get the young guys back. Need to shake it up a bit there's too many guys walking into the first 11 undeservedly.

dragged through the papers every day again sadly being made worse by some fans with their constant stupid banners, we want this person and this person out, god can't we just get back to supporting THE TEAM?? Which crook would you prefer?

Totally agree, We have won every game and yet the first sight of trouble, the Ally Out clowns jump down his throat soon as they get a sniff of anything. It's pathetic. We are so f***** lucky to have Ally as our manager, sooo many would have left, do you think he needs this **** day in day out, course he doesnt but he loves the club. He will have been angry they were losing, but they came back, god it wasnt the end of the world, some of the nonsense being spouted on here was an embarrasment.

Obviously the first half needs to be addressed and I still think we need another CB, but second half fantastic.
