Can't believe I am about to say this... But he reminds me of Scott Brown minus brain deficiency and we have needed an absolute prick on the field of a player for years. When he is switched on he struts about taking no shit and it is critical for us.

Can’t believe what he’s achieving with this squad but also with the injuries.
It’s just the aura for me though, I look at the touch line and he just has this presence about him that all Rangers managers should have. He wants to win, and he wants to win everything. I am genuinely excited to see how we go in the EL now. We don’t play until March, we could be seriously motoring along by then along with 2-3 of his own players.
