He's playing exactly the same way here as he does for Rangers, so risk averse and lacking in confidence. I like him and want him to do well but he's a shadow of his former self

To be fair we’d as well go back to two 10s as I’ve never seen a worse selection of wingers than we do now. 

When Beale went out on his own I genuinely seen his career path going similar to Potter or Rodgers pre tarriers. That’s how highly people rate him as a coach. As I’ve said I think this is the only chance we had of getting him as if and when he got the premier league move I think he could step up club size again. 
 
Now we will never know that as he’s chose to come here and I for one I’m glad. I think we’ve managed to get a coach who has potential to be top level, early in his career. And I’m looking forward to seeing how he does. Can see him silencing a good few on here.

Yes, he is inexperienced, but if he was experienced and good, then he would be going to a top half Premier league side, not Rangers.
If he was experienced and coming to Rangers then his experience would prove that he wasn't that good.
He's been successful here before, he obviously loved his time here and wants to come back. Why would anyone give him shit for that??
What would we prefer? Some foreign lad who doesn't give a toss and doesn't get Rangers? Doesn't have the potential to be an elite manager?

He wants the wide wingers in the 433. The formation that Gerrard ditched real quick as it isolates our forward and just generally doesnt work against packed defences.. thats why the 2 10s were introduced. It occupies the defence and gives our fullbacks space... it was by far the best tactic we had against these teams.. but Gio is stubborn.

Every other centre back we have has struggled, too. Being introduced into first team football, surrounded by mediocrities, coached by the most uninspiring, directionless management team...he should be the first to get a bit of patience.

Our wingers must be among the worst in the League. Kent is gone, Sakala and Wright have one decent game in 10 and Matondo is diabolical 

The position of CH is not easy.. The defence is only as good as you midfield, and he has no help there. He also needs an experienced voice besides him to guide him through a game. He is a takent, and he is NOT the first player that you should target. 

Sharpness is one of 37 qualities he's missing.

it’s the usual pish, we’ve looked in control cause we’ve had lots of the ball and passing about but in reality it’s came to the square root of fuck all. Totally scunnered with the same shite from both management and players.
