Colak seeking out Juranovic (one of the biggest absolute cunts on their team) in the tunnel before the game for a smile, cuddle and a handshake really fucking annoyed me
If that’s your mate outside of the game that’s fine but as soon as you step out of that dressing room and for the 2 hours after that’s the enemy. You wouldn’t see them do it to us
Worst part was Juranovic basically brushing him off, like a gushing fan boy.

I honestly dont understand why anyone is surprised at that today. I never commented on this thread all week because it never took a genius to realise how this was going to go.
Under GVB we have been playing turgid boring shite 80% of games , there is no fight in the team , nobody even looks to move into space to receive a throw in never mind any time we have possession.
I said a few weeks ago when he gave away a couple of goals that McLaughlin should never play for us again , today was a fuckin disgrace. McGregor could have saved all 3 goals today , but hes not the answer either , we all know hes done and should never have been given another deal. Whats the point of keeping McCrorie , we are never going to give the boy a chance , he should have been sold as well.We needed a new no1 and they never bothered even looking for one.
Said it on here loads of times , Goldson is a fuckin bombscare of a defender , sure he will get away with against most of the shite in this country but almost every big game we have had in the time he has been here hes been behind many many fuck ups. The guy only signed the new contract because nobody wanted him , he never even had options. We are now stuck with another clownshoe CB for another 4 years.
Ryan Kent is up there with Flo as the biggest waste of cash in our history , the boy is fuckin consistently shite , but then throws in a decent game and hes back to hero worshipping by many of the support.
For what its worth a dont think they are a great side and the european games will show that again.
Wanted him gone after Seville, the fanfare after he signed a new deal was a joke, cunts an imposter and always has been.

The setup in the 1st half was correct for me, we pressed them high up the park at every chance before the 2nd, if players can't be tuned in for 90 minutes they should carry the can like Gio will.
-
It will take another 2 or 3 fuck ups before the pressure forces his hand, at the same time we said all the same things about Mcgregor being a bombscare last season, be as well sticking Mcrorie in and see were he takes us.

This we can at least agree on. The cunt is a fraud and gets constantly rewarded for shite performances with starts week in week out
I have slated Wright but he had double the goals last season to Kent in probably half the time, the boys a complete and utter myth.
-
3 times they caught us with the same thing, throw in ? Take it quick, free kick ? Take it quick, the 2nd goal is absolutely criminal with Kent, Kamara and Lundstram standing moaning at each other while they are ready for it.
Its a collective failure from top to bottom, Gio will no doubt cop the flak for it but he has worked miracles with this team in Europe.
All for the praise but a collective bunch of shytbags when the going gets tough.

Alvarez turned up to training today supposedly happy to put the matter behind him, rumours of talks to start with Chelsea about a move in January.
Doubt itll be as bad as we hoped really only Antony down from the squad that started the season.

Ajax have apparently signed Austrian midfielder Florian Grillitsch (free agent) on a one year deal. Looks like Alvarez is going to Chelsea.
They signed him yesterday before the Chelsea bid became public, you could be correct but I think he was signing regardless of Alvarez, Ajax always sell players in the summer but they didn't want to lose anybody else before Antony forced his way out, Kudus and Alvarez now following suit to get there way.

He hasn't turned up for training today, Kudus also refusing to train as he had agreed personal terms with Everton but Ajax blocked the move.
It will still be tough but we could be getting them at the best possible time considering the upheavel there going through just now.

Ziyech according to the Daily Mail is on the list .
Think Chelsea want a permanent deal and Ajax wanted a loan, Antony going probably changes there thinking.

I think it is just standard practice for Bayern to stick the buy back clause in the contract especially woth younger players, any of them develop into a great player its a small fee rather than us asking them for 20+ million.

Ok, I was thinking it was maybe getting renovated or something and reduced capacity.
Im sure it is something to do with safety regarding the bottom tier, that was a few year ago I seen that though so you would have thought it would be fixed during that time.

Unreal man, everyone dying to get in the champions league for the last decade. Now we have folk moaning about kick aff times and scheduling 🤣
Much as I love being back in the big time the scheduling from a personal point of view is pish.

I heard today the Ukrainian teams are playing there games back in there country, maybe just there league games, but I can't see ECL games being played there.
Restarted there league in Ukraine but no Uefa matches will be played there, Shaktar usually filled with Brazilians but think there is only one left so have had a big turnover of players since the war started, more than likely still skelp them.

He had like 25+ goals/assists last season?
Agree about Tadic.
He contributes don't get me wrong but this season and end of last season seemed like he wasn't in the greatest of form, sometimes play him out right instead of Antony which doesn't suit him IMO always better playing through the middle.

Him and Berghuis the dangers. Antony if he stays.
Berghuis not been great for them, bergwijn the danger man for them.
Tadic is a classy player but can go missing in games sometimes, I actually really fancy us to get a win at home against them and even Liverpool, think we could struggle against Napoli.

Meanwhile the tarriers have won 1 in 17 years.
At least they'll only get knocked out of one european competition this season.

Amazing how much better we look against established top European sides than SPL dross. We are genuinely dangerous now again in these ties against this quality of opposition.
Gio has won all 6 knockout ties since becoming manager, considering the journey we have been on in Europe since he took over that is nothing short of remarkable, something like 14 wins from 15 in qualifiers as well last few seasons.

The Lundstram sending off is the game changer
Even with 10 men we still have enough about us to stay ahead, soon as Morelos went we had no outball and switched to a back 8 effectively, no pressure on the ball when they are 30 yards from goal.
Collum is a rat, Morelos is an idiot.

Think the chance to go through was there tonight. They’re a good side but they weren’t brilliant tonight. First have we more than had the measure of them but the second half fizzled out for us. If we could have sneaked a third at 2-1 we might have had a chance but I’d expect PSV to score at least 2 over there - no way we are scoring 3.
Worrying thing going ahead is we don’t look any better than last season - that last night was nothing like our home European games last season - very little intensityIt was an edgy affair which is understandable as there is so much riding on the tie, we were spoiled last season by having all 2nd legs at home (except red star) which brings its own intensity, it will be hard next week but I fully believe we will do it.

It doesn’t help that Lundstram and Davis put it right back to Goldson, Sands and McLaughlin when they do make a pass into the middle.
Infuriating to watch at times, so many times there is the forward pass and they turn back and pass it around the defence, all of them are guilty of doing it tonight as well.
