Need to watch out for cunts targeting Jack.  If he stays fit he will only improve and be instrumental in securing 56 this season.

Not arsed if the opposition want to triple mark Kent.  Means we must have players free to make use of the space that Kent has created.  That is where we are missing out, lack of suppirt going forward.

Today was always about the 3pts and stability.....having to kick off today 4pts behind after a decent showing from that lot was even more added pressure 
Today was the real Rangers.....apart for a 10minute spell at the start of the second half we have battered hearts 
A message to all the surrender monkeys.....we are still more than capable of winning this league....hopefully this is the kick start for all concerned.....the feel good factor returned in bucket loads with that performance 

Biggest game of Gio’s tenure so far.  Needs to get it right. 

Anytime Kent touched the ball they had three players closing him down. It was a clear tactic and it worked well for the opposition. He had no support or overlap throughout the game but twice managed to lose three players and get a shot off (two of our very few on target). He didn’t play particularly well but was a thankless task

I don’t think anyone on here wants Gio to be sacked.  If he is sacked we have failed.  Failure will be coming 2nd regardless of Europe and The Cup.  What pisses people off is not recognising that tactics aren’t working. After fuck ups at Aberdeen and Ross County you would think that the lesson would be learn’t and not repeated.  
Mid season is not the time to radically change the playing style and expect players to gel to new ideas and systems.  Let’s get back to the style that brought us 55.  Play to our strengths.
And Gio discussion aside, the players have to carry the can for their drop in levels of performance.

One simple change is for players to stop shuffling the ball out to the flanks, from positions 25 yards out, in front of the goals.
Drive at the box, let fly from these positions - who knows what might happen!
The way we’re going at the moment is so ponderous, training ground, playbook by numbers, it’s no wonder opponents get back to cover.
 

Honestly can’t get my head around trying to make this team a defensive unit!! We have attacking flair all over the pitch, used it to absolutely demolish teams last season and now we’re setting up with these players to sit in and pick our moments to go forward???

I generally avoid post match discussion for all the over reaction either way but this time is different.   After the surrenders against Aberdeen and Ross County the towel was thrown in shortly after kick off at the cess pit in abject fashion.
Unless the players had collectively agreed to bottle it and retreat before the kick off, it was either a case of total panic facing opposing fans or a more likely tactic directed by management.  Whatever it was total surrender against a team that got away with it against Hearts and almost blew it against Dundee Utd is unacceptable. 
All a mess of our own making.  Time for Gio and the players to understand what No Surrender means.

Too many in here dismissed their recruitment policy, laughed at the amount of Japanese players they signed, people were making comments about us signing Ramsey compared to some league 1 player from Mk Dons etc etc

Most of their summer signings have made telling contributions to their season to date, even that cunt Abada who I have been saying is shite scored his 13th of the season, Hatatae has 3 goals and 1 assist in 4 games.....our recruitment this summer and to date in the January window doesn't look like yielding anywhere near the sort of numbers required to make us more frightening from all over the park, we looked absolutely terrified in that opening 30mins
Our love affair with certain players is coming to a dramatic conclusion, let's hope Ramsey is the one addition that does make a major difference as the reality is they were far superior to us in that first half
It's us who will be looking to rebuild again in the summer so I suggest we start scouring a wider network from here on in as that team tonight look beat.....yes Morelos would make a difference....would he have been that big a difference no chance.
