Can’t say I immediately spotted the penalty but one look at the images from behind the play was enough to see it clearly. VAR is a fucking joke taking so long to see that.

There’s been loads saying the league is done. Even before the FT whistle.
However they are probably the same people who had the us as champions after beating Killie.. so their posts should really just be ignored. 

It was some run to be fair...but I think the injuries to key, creative players have finally taken their toll.

Especially when there seems no need. For it. Surely Silva or Lawrence would be better suited to the wide position with Sterling dropping into midfield. A very strange line up

Think we gave a great record against Portuguese teams, always seem to draw them on way to European finals, fingers crossed 

Would have taken Freiburg as West Ham beat them home and away but unbelievably have drawn them again. Didn’t think that was allowed. Benfica is tough but we have a very decent record against Portuguese clubs
