And regarding injuries, Gio had a mental injuries list which he never used as an excuse (correctly so), and the club had no issues sacking him despite this, because it's a results business and results are awful.

He did personal checks on the likes of Lammers and Dessers. He’s every bit as much to blame as any scouts are.

No point in giving him a further two games. The support is gone and no way the players don't see a dead man walking.

He never really rated him anyway. Like most supporters he knew he had no experience to be the Rangers manager only on forums did I see a big desire for him to be appointed manager.
Good PR and the right plants on forums can make a positive difference on managerial choices.

He was pretty much a dead man walking after the OF game. I pointed out during the last international break that it was an ideal time to appoint a new manager as, Europa League aside, we had a favourable run of fixtures coming up that would have let a new manager settle in without having an OF game or an away trip to Easter Road, Pittodrie or Tynecastle to worry about.
 
Instead that easy run of games were used to paper over the cracks of Beale’s shortcomings as a manager and we are now further behind in the league and even more demoralised.
 
If the board don’t act now think they are in for a shock with the number of folk who chuck it and don’t bother turning up. Probably a bit unfair on them as they are relatively new in the door but there is the culmination of years of mismanagement from the end of 55 onwards brewing into a real disgruntled feeling among the support.

A lot of the players Beale brought in were already known to him. He had been following their careers for years. He said so himself. 
If anything he probably ignored our scouting department. Beale always thinks he knows best. He has spent millions and actually weakened the squad! His signings, his responsibility, his fault. It's us fans who were being deceived.
I don't wish him well. Hope he never manages again. I wouldn't wouldn't wish the two faced, arrogant, delusional, bulllshiting bore on another football club. 

The last part there is the worst for me. Yes, he should have stayed away, particularly when it was well known that Gio was under immense pressure at the time.
The fact he made a song and dance about being there, drinking in the Loudon, posing for photographs etc was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the man who was in charge at the time, a man who btw conducted himself with dignity and respect the full time he was here.

The fact I’m still hearing fans saying ‘you can’t sack him because we don’t have a replacement’ is a stinking mentality to have. You don’t keep a shit employee because you don’t have a replacement for them.

16 months ago we made it to a Euro final.
The team and the fans were entwined and that made us basically unstoppable.
When the team give us something we, as fans, respond ten-fold.
This team and manager are now getting treated with the contempt they deserve.
