The thing is, some of the issues seem like things that you can't blame him for. Heavy touches, bad passes, players constantly fighting for the same ball in the air.
But these things stem from the players not knowing what they're doing or where they're supposed to be on the park. It breeds the sort of uncertainty that creates disjointed performances and makes players uncomfortable.

Seems like decades ago we had Clive Tyldesley commentating on the 55 season. The difference between him and Tom on commentary seems to be roughly similar to the gap between Gerrard and Beale in the dugout. 

I am astounded at the amount of people on the Michael Beale thread that still back him. Yes, the game against Betis was better but it wasn’t spectacular. I still can’t see what he is trying to achieve. Perhaps, I would feel better about him if he came out and said what he was trying to do.

I am certain of one thing, he will never stand down as manager. I think he still believes nobody could do a better job than himself.
