Unfortunately, that's where someone like Smith was just a bit different to the other managers we had, perhaps McLeish to an extent. You know with 10/15 left in a game against them, you put heart and desire on, not an American boy thats as soft as a baby's first shite. Big learning point for Beale, Arfield should have been on to give that desire to get us over the line.
