I was impressed with Stubbs in an earlier interview. Seemed a very humble bloke with tons of respect for Rangers. I thought he did really well with his players - good discipline, getting them to pass the ball about - much better than we could, and the guy that was sent off accepted his punishment without arguing and yelling at the ref. Showed respect. I wish them luck this year, just not against us.
Just because there are some folk at every club who like to throw their hatred about, doesn't mean they're all like that. I respect the respectful and can give stick back to the doughballs when necessary.

You make a reasonably fair point. However, the support did often turn out for "big" games (sheep, filth, cups) which meant that our average attendances were ALWAYS putting us in the top one or two positions in the attendance tables. Also, attendances in general during that period were not great, not just for us.The difference now is that we may fail to get the kids to support us. McCoist is not encouraging the influx of new support. He may think, as many on this website think, that winning promotion is the be all and end all, but he is wrong. If you don't get kids coming along then we potentially lose a generation of support - there is so much more now for them to do than there was back in the day. Along with that is the cash needed to run the club - less support, less wonga.
There has to be a holistic approach. I don't know if Ally appreciates or understands that.
The club needs to change. It won't with McCoist in charge. That's why we need to get rid of him now. 3 years of rot - what other club would put up with it.

The reality is our enemies would agitate enormously to refuse the transfer of SPFL and SFA membership in the event of admin followed by a sale of the business and assets.
The only way of surviving admin 2 is if we went in and out via a cva in a matter of weeks. Starting next season with a 15 point deduction or whatever would be crippling. Such a scenario also relies on people like Dave King actually stumping up cash. Until now that hasn't exactly been forthcoming.
I understand folk not wanting to part with their cash but I am so so angry with these so called Rangers men happier to manipulate fans and risk the club surviving just to get the club on the cheap.
If Dave King were a true Ranger he would show genuine leadership and engage in meaningful efforts to buy control not have self appointed fan "representatives" acting as storm troopers and endless indulgent pronouncements to a Scottish press that delight in endless rangers in crisis headlines.

Hard luck game , played pretty well there , saying that ,hairdo giroud is a wank sock , if he concentrated more on his challenging for headers and getting his shots on target and also trying to get past the last man more ,as much as he has his hands on his napper ,then throwing them downwards ,for dramatic effect . his game would majorly improve
