  1. That's all we are, and I'm really starting to fear we're never going to come out of this.
  2. Try living down here mate! They are by far the most bitter hate filled arrogant bunch of people I have ever known. The fuckers move here then spend all their time talking about how much they hate England, the English, our monarchy, our military and anything else that is even remotely English and openly supporting and singing songs about the IRA and yet everyone down here loves them! Makes me fucking sick.
  3. Possibly the saddest part of this is it doesn't even surprise me, we all know what they're like, just a shame the rest of the uk doesn't because it doesn't get reported, can you imagine if it was one of us getting kids to say ftp, or a Muslim teaching kids Isis songs? Yet somehow time and time again these scumbags get away with it with fuck all said or done.
  4. One of my biggest regrets is not coming up for a lower league game, as someone who watches Bristol rovers most weekends the thought of that lower league atmosphere with thousands of bears must have been something special
  5. Love it! Stuff like this that makes me so proud to support this club, and as someone else said we don't do it to try and make everyone love us or make a big song and dance about it shows our class even more.
  6. Seriously impressed with this young lad, just hope he's a Rangers player for a long time! One of his biggest strengths is how well he reads the game, that's something you can't coach. He's not the finished article but he's only going to keep getting better with game time. Playing and training with someone like Bruno must be a massive help to him aswell.
  7. Brilliant defender and is only going to get better. Hopefully will be a first team regular for years to come but if not hopefully will get the club a big transfer fee. How long does he have left on his contract? Boys got serious potential and we should get him tied down to a long term deal asap.
  8. They did, and like it or not the way the act is a large part of how they got ahead. Refs are scared to make big decisions against them, the media are either sympathisers or or too scared to take them on and players are too scared to play against them and get bullied. We sit back with so called dignified silence and get walked all over. Time to play nasty, fuck the lot of them. No one likes us, we don't care! But my guess is we'll just keep on trying to build bridges with the very people who play dirty and try to destroy us...
  9. Even after the records and some of the most humiliating results I can remember as a Rangers fan I can't help but wish it had worked out for him. He had the passion we've been crying out for and clearly thought highly of the club it just wasn't to be. Good luck Pedro but hopefully now for us it's onwards and upwards!
  10. Unbelievable. Still does this mean next old firm game one of us can run on the pitch and stick one on the thumb? I'd be more than happy to contribute to a 9k fine for that, probably be the best money ever spent!
  11. Of course you will. With the standard of Scottish football getting to the champions league is far from guaranteed and even if we made it we would never get past the group stages. Could possibly be worth say 20m but these days that's a pittance teams in the English prem probably make that a month just from the tv deal. No matter how big a club we are or how successful that's been we'll never be able to attract any sort of big money investors because we can't ever compete with the money available in England.
  12. Sadly while we're playing in Scotland we have no chance of being taken over by a billionaire because the only thing they'll achieve is losing money. A billionaire would rather buy a league one or two club in England and have the chance to get the riches of the premier league than invest in us despite the size of our club.
  13. Fucking stupid decision to drop our first choice keeper when we're playing in a semi final with the potential to pick up some silverware for the first time in years and kick start our season. Certainly not our only problem today but clearly another Pedro fuck up!
  14. I've always wanted Pedro to succeed and be given time, mainly because I think he has made some decent signings and hoped in time he could get the best out of them. Today though was the final straw, were not getting better it's been one humiliation after another and we're out of a cup again. How many seasons now is it since we've won a proper trophy? Simply not good enough for this great club time for Pedro to leave and King to get a proper manager in not just go for the cheap option which is clearly what Pedro was.
  15. Close one for me between Morelos and Jack but went for Morelos because as another poster said his potential sell on value aswell as what he brings to the team. Got to give a mention to Bruno aswell though massive improvement on what we had last season!
  16. Great to hear, a genuine connection and respect for the fans can only be a good thing in the future if some of these lads make it through to the first team.
  17. Tragic, RIP to the lad and thoughts to Butcher and his family. More needs to be done to help these lads when they return from war, these men and women put their lives on the line for us back home the least we can do is make sure they have all the care they need both physically and mentally when they return.
  18. Ive always liked Tav, he's a modern day attacking full back so of course there's times where he might be caught out of position but he's instructed to overlap so that's going to happen sometimes apart from that I think he's reasonably solid defensively and brilliant going forward, great crossing and passing and again this season is one of our most creative players.
  19. Seeing that cunt griffiths lying there with his head in his hands has just made my weekend! ?
  20. Jesus how fucking unprofessional can they get? I can understand fans are going to make digs at us but you would think the people running a professional football club would have more important things to do with their time, no wonder Scottish football is in the state it's in. Still at least we're building bridges...
  21. Its not just our confidence it's also the oppositions. Teams used to play Rangers with doubts in their minds, a lot of the time they were beat before a ball was even kicked, something the tims benefit from now. That was all lost when we were demoted, and the little fear teams did have to play against Rangers was destroyed when Hamilton came and got a draw at Ibrox in our first game back. Teams now play us with belief they can get points. For me that's as important a loss as what we've lost financially, a fear built over years and sadly I think it's going to be a long time before we get it back.
  22. If that's true then there's a good chance we're actually over training the players which is just as bad as under training. Do we have a sports scientist at the club? If not judging by our performances in the second half of games this season I would think it might be worth bringing one in to look into our training and preparation.
  23. No chance. As soon as the board starting talking about building bridges with the people who tried to destroy us they set the example that we will just lie down and be walked over and that's continued to this day.
  24. We can't even make a banner without them taking the piss out of us. Next time we play them we need to make the most offensive fucking display possible, start by showing them we're ready for a fight in the stands and you never know it might even filter down to the pitch (I won't hold my breath on that one though)
