Not one person in this thread has put Jerome Rothen in their team!

He has been absolutely fucking shocking since he came. A good half vs Stuttgart and that it. And to think the abuse I got when I said I wasn't convinced by him

Apart from that Stuttgart game he has been pure turd!

We better not play a 4-5-1 or i just fear we will get beat i know people say it can go 2 a 4-3-3 but it doesn't under Walter because he is so negative

Yeah, I think a common misconception around here is that going 4-3-3 is instantly going attacking and therefore changing everything. It's not. 4-4-2 is arguably a more attacking formation (Man Utd and Spurs for example), but just not when we play it. The only difference between a 4-5-1 and a 4-3-3 is the players roles in the positions, and that's something we need to be looking at more right now.

Personally, I want to see Beasley and there's a very good chance we will. If he wants his chance (again) it's now.

This will not be an easy game for us.

Stevie Smith at right back?

Id rather him there than Whittaker (who was an attacking midfielder playing brilliantly when we signed him from Hibs) or Little (Who's a Striker and injured).

Who do you suggest?

I'd keep Whittaker there, Smith can't touch it with his right foot.

I reckon it will be a scrappy 2-0 win. But hopefully the team want to silence the critics and bang a few in.

Right there is half the problem , of course we'll pump Dundee , thats a given and Yes it will silence some critics , thats the problem. In no way should beating the likes of Dundee go for anything after the recent shocking ineptitude and lacklustre displays.

Arses need kicked , jotters dished oot , and move on.

But smith can tackle.

Whittaker can't tackle, mark a man, follow a run or keep in his position.

At least that team would want to win the game 20 mins in

I'd love to see this team start but no way Walter would play all them young players:(
