He's a good laugh but makes me cringe sometimes, wonder what Bill Struth would make of him?

He does talk an awful lot about Celtic, I agree.

Fuck sake lighten up the pair of you……

What would an ex manager from the 1930’s think of him….who gives a fuck is the proper answer

Get it right up them nacho…..

I think Bill Struth would have taken wee Novo aside and gave him a boot right up the jacksy for being disrespectful to another clubs manager...Then put his arm around him and said,"Well done wee man"

True enough. but to be fair, Novo is having a go at Mowbray -- not Celtc. And.. Mowbray is no longer associated with them. So, open season imho.

The world is so much different now than back then. The media, Internet, forums like this and so on. Anyway, while Novo should leave as he is longer good enough -- I think a 'parting' shot at idiots like Mowbray, McGeady, and Samaras is fine.

Personally, I'd rather none of our players -- except the Captain -- talk to the press. Impossible I know. The only interviews should be the club web site, & official fanzines etc.

Nacho Novo admits it will be hard to leave Rangers, if he does move on at the end of the season.

The Spanish striker is a cult figure at Ibrox after spending six years with the club after joining from Dundee.

However, he is out of contract in the summer and has been strongly linked with a move to England.

And Novo admits it would be difficult to depart Rangers after sealing his third SPL title since moving to Ibrox.

"There is the possibility I will leave the club this summer and so this might be my last ever title," said Novo.

"If I am going to leave Rangers then it will be hard because I love this club.

"For me, part of the club are the fans and they've been great with me. That's why I wanted to celebrate with them. They deserve everything.

"I just wanted to enjoy it with them because I know it might be the last time I get the chance. Right now I don't know if I'll stay or not - that's the truth.

"But I have to say, if this is the end for me, then it's going to hurt me a lot."

Memorable

Novo admits this season's title is his most memorable, adding: "The other two titles I have won with Rangers were maybe more exciting because we won them on the last day of the season.

"But this one is a little bit more special because of the circumstances. All season people have been talking about our team and about all the problems we have.

"People from Celtic keep telling us we are not good enough. But at the end of the day we are the champions. It makes me happy to shut some of those mouths.

"It's very simple. Play football and win some games rather than talk, talk, talk. Celtic have moaned about everything this season. They have moaned about referees, they have moaned about decisions, they have moaned about the SFA. They have blamed everyone but themselves. "

"The gaffer took our team to a UEFA Cup Final. Mowbray couldn't even take Celtic to the League Cup Final."
"We know we are not the best players in the world.

"But I will tell you this about us, we have a big pair of balls and we fight for each other like a real team and that's what wins you titles.

"I love him as a manager and as a person. He is amazing. For me it is time we call him Sir Walter Smith.

:praise:

This maybe a bit harsh but at the end of the day, he's just plays up to the camera for us to get behind him for a new improved contract.

Going on his overall performances for us this season... The only thing he is offering is these type of interviews, and that alone keeps him living on his reputation.

Of course he's been a good servant to club, and will be always fondly remembered in history... But hopefully he just bows out with his winners medal at the end of this season.
