Foreverabluebell 1
Bought my Champions League tickets through public sale and they arrived this morning.I chose Govan Front as my section and I'm surprised that my Man Utd and Bursapor tickets are labelled with "restricted view". Man Utd ticket is GF4, Row A and Bursapor is GF4, Row B. I have never sat in the Govan Front for a game so I had no idea that restricted view was even an issue there.Slightly annoyed that Rangers don't tell you at the time of booking/seat selection about restricted view as if I'd known I would have sat elsewhere. It's not like the package is cheaper if you end up with restricted view Anyway, could anyone here shed light on how bad the restricted view actually is?Thanks

Other than that it was fine.

PrsosPonytail 170
Thanks for that, it's not too bad at all then.It was alright. Not very noisy there mind you. Then again, not many places are.
Foreverabluebell 1
It was alright. Not very noisy there mind you. Jelle1880 233
Might just hi-jack this thread eh Will it be only the 3-match package that get to go to the games, or will there be free sale too ?
Foreverabluebell 1
Might just hi-jack this thread eh Will it be only the 3-match package that get to go to the games, or will there be free sale too ?Will depend on how many packages are shifted I think, last year single tickets could eventually be bought but with Man Utd in the group and that being the last home game I think the uptake will have been a lot higher.Saying that though, when I was buying my package there was lots of areas with good availability left.I was gonna chance it and just hope that I could pick up a single ticket as I only really wanted to see the Valencia game and I can't technically afford the whole package. However, my loyalty was too strong and to cover the cost I cancelled the new pair of glasses I needed from the opticians.I'm going blind following this club!I also think last nights result will encourage people into buying the package and will leave less tickets for single sale. JackCarter 2
Restricted view might be because of the super sized advertising boards used in the CL.
markybear 136
i sit in row j gf6, i think ur restricted will be be the fact that rows a+b are below the pitch level, ie if ur sitting in they rows ur head would be level with the players knees if that makes sense.i think thats the reason anyway
Foreverabluebell 1
Ah right, thanks for that.Still think it's a bit rotten that Rangers don't tell you about the restricted viewing and you pay the same price but still looking forward to the game
Nameless Ghoul 6,131
if u are up the back, all u cant see is the club deck, no problem with seeing the pitch, wouldnt worry.

BouncingBear 23
I had a season ticket in GF7 row A, its the very front row so I dont know how there can be restricted viewing? Madina 3,871
If you buy tickets online, the stadium plan shows the seats in red that are restricted view
MisterC 12,336
Restricted view might be because of the super sized advertising boards used in the CL.This. I sat in GF4 row A for the Sevilla game last year and the boards were in the way and its bad enough being down that low as it is without that making it worse.
