Jelavic is starting to remind me of Kris Boyd! What has jelavic done that makes him so good?? Scored a few goals in the SPL, no goals in the two games against Celtic. So he scores goals against Motherwell,Aberdeen,Dunfermline etc. No goals in th games where we actually need him to score! 4millions is a joke for him, when u compare K. Miller is 400k!!

And of course, Jelavic is totally out of Lafferty's league but, his performance was very poor and albeit not on a par with Lafferty's, a pretty fucking awful one for the man who many seem to think is the second coming.

I just hope he can turn up in the next OF, cause he's been good in every game aside from the two OF's imo, albeit that could be because of our mentality against the tims.

Get a grip guys he has had fuck all today to work with the ball has been lumped up constantly to him with no support.

The same was true of Lafferty against Sporting. They both had chances they should have taken and didn't. If Lafferty was a disgrace then, as many on here said, then Jelavic was a disgrace today. But then who wasn't?

By and large, Jelavic has been a good player for us, but does anything else think that signing one guy for £4m when we don't have that much to spend is a bit wasteful?

im sure when they bought him they had £ signs in their heads as he is a hot prospect who we could ship to the the premiership for a profit.

if that was the case and that was to happen then no it wouldnt be wastefull,as we get his services for a bit and make a profit.
