PaulRFC1 115
Scholes is a great player.
G.E.C. 18,870
Obviously looked rusty but he still made some comfortable passes.
alstone 374
He is, but hes past it We need Schneider.Easier said than done as I said before! Does he actually want to come?
G.E.C. 18,870
How is Sneidjer supposed to fit in? Man Utd always play a 4-4-2.
NessFTW 40
They need Modric, they'll never get him though.
Madina 3,860
Find the whole comback situation a bit strange tbh. He looked very average when he came on (understandable after not playing for 7 months or so) he was at fault for City's second goal.
G.E.C. 18,870
He had a 97.2% success rate from 71 passes apparantly.
Creampuff 22,628
Scholes coming back shows Man Utd can't afford a top quality midfielder.
Gillete 1,338
Looked like he was never away Last 5 mins he was dictating everything

Clemdog 39,389
He had a 97.2% success rate from 71 passes apparantly.Really? That is decent.Still not sure why United have brought him back out of retirement.
Gillete 1,338
Opta Sports on Twitter: "71 - After coming on after 60 mins, Paul Scholes made 71 passes (97% complete), more than any Man City player in the entire game
Gillete 1,338
Really? That is decent.Still not sure why United have brought him back out of retirement. That stat gives you the answer surely Ben
King Jela 20,515
Scholes is a wanker
Clemdog 39,389
That stat gives you the answer surely BenHe came into a game where they were 3-1 up and had a man advantage. Today was built for the likes of Scholes, keeping the ball and making short and easy passes.I do understand to an extent, it'll probably be the end of seeing Phil Jones in midfield. papaguy51 912
He had a 97.2% success rate from 71 passes apparantly.I read this, but I'd say 80% of those passes were less than ten yards to unmarked players when trying to keep possession. He done nothing today except give away a goal, and I like Scholesy! pcbear 10,924
After the Rangers game, i watched the Manchester derby and when Scholes was mentioned it confused the life out of me, i thought he was playing non league or similar now.
