Jorge Claros in talks over Hibernian move

The Honduran international is aiming to win a contract at Easter Road following a trial at Rangers.

Hibernian are in talks with Honduran international Jorge Claros and are considering signing the midfielder, STV has learned.

Claros has recently been on trial at Rangers but left the Ibrox club without agreeing a transfer.

The midfielder’s club Motagua claimed that Rangers had made a bid well short of their valuation of the player but, rather than returning home, Claros has travelled to Edinburgh to speak with Hibs.

Motagua have now tweeted that Claros is at Hibernian to negotiate a move.

STV understands that although the player has not signed for Pat Fenlon’s side yet, discussions are ongoing and Hibernian are keen to tie up the player before tomorrow’s transfer deadline.

I'm only just getting over the fact that we cannot compete with 3rd, 4th, 5th division and pub teams down south however to now find out Hibs can financially out muscle us is seriously a new fucking low.

Get it sorted Rangers.

OR!

He's been here, we've been thinking it over and haven't thought enough of him to pull out all the stops to sign him so he's went elsewhere.

According to his club we made a shitty offer to buy him.

What exactly is embarrassing about it? He's been training with us. We've not offered him a deal. If he agrees with Hibs then he goes there. Really not sure why that's embarrassing.

It's embarrassing because by all accounts McCoist liked the look of him but couldn't put a package together - yet Hibs can?

Every cunt's doing us right up the arse!

OR!

Ally has already said in an interview that he impressed in training and bounce games but we were not in a position to be able to offer him any deal
