wearethemighty 186
I think its huge that Arsenal have kept a hold of all their key players for the first time in yearsThats cos no one wanted to sign them...

LegendofCoop 17,390
Top signing and bad news for jela! Not a bad signing for him actually. Fellaini has gone and they've also got rid of Anichebi. I could see Martinez going with Lukaku & Jelavic up top.The one I'm pissing myself over now is Paysmith! He'll be so far down the line now he'll be out on loan to Blackburn by Xmas!! dee9

the goal machine 7,806
Really? Ozil is quality but he's one playerHe is but I think he'll improve them a lot. Koscielny and Mertesacker are a very good partnership at CB and when Arteta comes back they'll be stronger in midfield. They could have done with a RB and a striker maybe but Wenger seems to have faith in Giroud.

callumbo 1
Did Utd pay more than Fellaini's release clause? As others have said expired earlier in summer.Just proves Moyes etc didn't have a clue what they were doing.Herrera would have been a great buy, much better than Afro I reckon. OLE SUPER WILBERT 2,475
Arsenal are still a RB, CB, LB, CM and striker away from competing at the top level IMO.If they're happy to compete for 4th I suppose they're sorted.

wearethemighty 186
I know the clause expired, just makes it bizarre that they left it so late.Thats because they have the English version of Martin Bain working for them

They could do with more depth, especially up front, but I think their starting eleven is strong. The top teams will drop a lot of points this season so I can see it being quite open.
