CVA – Accepted:

Ticketus – Liquidation will result in a full investigation of the takeover – CVA Accepted

HMRC – CVA Accepted

EBT verdict not delivered, so cannot be held into account legally

PAYE & VAT payments subject to ongoing fraud investigations

Ticketus & HMRC > 75% of creditors.

Collyer Bristow & Craig Whyte will be investigated regarding fraudulent financial transactions

If you read through the following reports, the differentiation between tax evasion, tax avoidance and fraud will become apparent.

Neil Lennon participated in a tax evasion scheme then sued Innovator One, who in turn sued Collyer Bristow. Collyer Bristow were vindicated and both the preacher and his broker became broke.

However under Section (4)

accessory liability issues in relation to solicitors and others (dishonest assistance, knowing receipt and conspiracy) were unproven;

Our case seems solid, regarding the Withey involvement.

I understand that this is a hefty amount of information to take in, but the CVA will be accepted.

HMRC will get their pound of flesh, but not from us.

On a brighter note,

INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT & UNDERWRITING LIMITED

'The cost of the administration of the company is borne by a third party. There is, therefore, no income or expenditure for this period'?

And Mr Neil Lennon’s at it again!

All three have the preacher Lennon involved, yet again!

Summary:

The murkiness of this particular scheme was highlighted this week, when HMRC barred Eclipse 35 from claiming tax relief on a £1bn tie-up with Disney. The relief would have been worth £404,000 for each of the high-net worth individuals involved who invested on average £173,000.

A spokeswoman for UK Uncut said the revelations showed "big businesses and bankers are profiting from everyone else's economic woes by cutting their tax bills."

Elsewhere, the taxman is currently investigating another film partnership, Ingenious Film Partners 2 LLP, in which City bigwigs including Centrica chief executive Sam Laidlaw and Dick Olver, chairman of the defence giant BAE, were investors for at least four years.

Moral high ground my erse.

I think a CVA will be accepted but i doubt whether we will see much investment in the team for a year or two, hopefully a couple of new strikers and a right back, get rid of a few like Whittaker, Lafferty and 1 or 2 more and keep all the best players, maybe Davis will leave (hope not) seen a few quoted from Ally saying hes looking forward to new season. All those like Hately who said he could well walk should eat their words, Super Ally would never walk out on Rangers :praise:
