EGIL OSTENSTADf 27
Have to go for big andy little the boys class , hope super plays him up way jig instead of off the right as he could get 30 plus goals for us imo , Shiels is a cracking wee player too
ForeverBlue1872 463
Hard to pick but what I've seen I'd have to say Sheils I think he's a top player, Black a close second, templeton will be a brilliant signing for us without a doubt. Andy Little will score shit loads of goals this season.
coatbrigpirate 23
Dean shiels for me, templeton am happy with but hes got a lot 2 prove, some folk on here would have u think hes baggio, relax and let the boy play his game. Keepin wallace is also right up there for me. Cant wait tae the morra
Shetland 76
It's still only 2nd September, we have to see how the players gel but personally I think in the long run Templeton will be the best signing. Would be interested in knowing the exact amount we paid though
hooooootchy 405
davie cooper for me i think hes an incredible signin for div 3 . the same time though i wouldnt have put little in the poll , i dont class him as a new signing
southcoastbear 1,639
In terms of to watch I would say it is between shiels and templeton but if it's about winning games then it has to be black particularly when we come up against better opposition the protection he will give the back four and the ball winning in midfield will be invaluable. We have needed a player like this for a few years IMO that allow our flair players the freedom to play further up the park and consequently be far more effective. tartansmokie 36
Shiels for me, as I feel he offers us so many options

TMB 14,167
David Cooper Templeton. He's the kind of player that makes me glad I bought a season ticket
tretoff 21
Have to say I think it'll be Dean Shiels in the long run. The kind of player who we desperately need. A boy who can pick locks in defense and support the strikers. Black and Templeton will run them a close secondBlack for me, the typical hard driven tackling player with a passionate desire to win, one who can deliver consistantly every week, a battler, Temps is the striker and a good one but it is the feeding for him, to be able to do his job that again for me emphasises Black,he is a defending midfielder, Sheilds tends to lie down, hopefully not injury prone or gives up when we are under pressure, seen it already, please, please I am wrong, but Blackie for me, he came when we were on our way to the third devision and Temps words were very similar to Blacks regarding the fans. etc etc.

Shiels is an attacking midfielder and not out of place on the wings either. I don't think he is one to 'lay down' but knows what his strengths are. If I was him, I'd stay up the park and let Black defend...he too plays to his strengths. There's no good in our entire team sprinting to get back all the time. Misteral 2,932
After today there can only be one. I'm glad they all signed though Kyle and Sandaza have yet to get me very excited.
Moody Blue Legend 62,017
Went for Black. Tempelton is a great signing but Black is exactly the man we need fighting our corner for the next few seasons, great engine, grit, and he is also a very good footballer. An odd assertion to claim Shiels 'lays down' - think he's been excellent and is the kind of guy to make a difference in tight games
papaguy51 912
I don't want to see Sheils run about defending. It irritates me enough that Ally copies Walter in bringing all ten players into the box - including those as small as McKay and Templeton - to defend a corner. GOAT 30,449
How can a guy that's played about 70 minutes of football so far be our best signing of the summer? Ian Black has been a fantastic piece of business, and I hated the cunt.
CPmUNK 4
Black, Shiels, Templeton & Little have been stand outs but for me it's Anestis Argyriou, the lads been solid enough defensively but has looked a breath of fresh air going forward. Not to be too hard on ole Kirk but The Greek has shown more in his last two games than Broadfoot had done most of last season and this.Think this lad is my current favourite player. Number5 2,150
Shiels for me. Always wants to be on the ball and make things happen. Been really impressed with Black though, better player than I'd given him credit for.
