Big Amo could leather a deid baw sure.

Except he thought he was playing rugby.

Did Amo not actually boot a ball right out the stadium at one game?

Who was it a couple seasons back kick the ball right inside the Govan stand, straight down the stairs in the middle of the stand.

Took about two minutes to get a ball coz of that daft spl one ball rule.

Will Black and McCulloch ever learn that the stupid touch and even worse the double touch means that the opposition are are yard away when the shot at goal is finally attempted? It is not even a touch to create an angle just an embarrasment that they keep the same failing ploy going every game.

Embarrassment is probably the only word which describes that ridiculous double and triple touch free kick they keep attempting, especially when it's so close to goal like that. At best they're just playing blooter and hope pinball with what should really be a decent opportunity. That was Jig's call last night though and it seems as though it's his own set piece. Black didn't look like he wanted Jig to do it and I don't believe Black himself would have done anything like that if he'd been taking it himself.

Cooper was the last that I can remember. Albertz hit a few but missed a very high percentage. Adam never really got the free kick takers role so never got a chance to really show what he could do. Amo was another blaster. Arteta / Gio were other capable free kick takers but we haven`t had any prolific ones like the bheasts have had.

Doesn't matter if you blast or place them as long as they go in. And Albertz scored plenty that way.

Don't be too hard on Peralta because of one poor free-kick. I think he's a good set-piece taker. Remember he scored a cracker against Dundee so we know he has the ability.

He also looks very dangerous from long range in open play and he had a tremendous effort tonight which hit the bar.

Last guy I can remember scoring a lot of free kicks was probably big Jelavic, apart from that it was big Albertz or Gio van Bronckhorst. The worst one for me was Boyd. Frustrating as fuck to see basically the same free kick hit the same part of the wall 9 times out of 10.
