BLUEDIGNITY 33,715
I'm surprised they are not charging more because the whole world wants in on this one !
CaptainAmerica18 846
£23 is actually a bit better than I was expecting, considering some of the prices we've paid this season.
legalbeagle 3,734
Surely charging us the same price as DU fans is totally unfair for some reason?
Dutchy 1,200
The ground should be packed that day, with the exception of the Broomloan that is.
mabawsa 888
Me thinks they priced it so well to help DU shift as many tickets as possible. Also they need to keep it consistent for the other SF which would do well to hit 20K on the Sunday.
siddiqi_drinker 14,635
Bear in mind that the SFA are organising the semi-finals and basically renting Ibrox. We get our 20% of ticket income as the rental fee for the use of our neutral ground. 5% off the top goes to the SFA, the remainder is split between the two participating clubs. Expenses are paid by both clubs on a 50-50 basis.

Thewhitesettler 2,712
Maybe the board won't need to bother getting the loan from Laxey with all the monies coming in from a 'Good Cup Run'???
bump 168
the SFA will milk this as much as they can so was surprised that the tickets will be £23.lets keep a close watch on ticket prices for the other semi final

Expenses are paid by both clubs on a 50-50 basis.I think all of this is wrong. The SFA collect all the money from both semis. They, not the clubs, are responsible for the expenses. They take a small percentage of the entire revenue. They then pay a flat agreed fee for the hire of the ground(how can it be based on tickets? What if only 8,000 turn up? Rangers would get buttons. ) the remainder is then split evenly between the 4 teams.
TheLawMan 6,240
Oh and £23 is fair pricing and will hopefully help boost the other semi attendance for much needed revenue.
