bear down under 28
what a cv he has and just what our club needs at the moment, maybe not as first team coach but director of football.Out of work at moment and ran a club like bayern.Has a degree in buisness and would overhaul the whole club from coaching to first team.Maybe even durie as first team coach as done really well with younsters and knows what we have at our disposal as realisticly we need to start using them more.I like the idea of director of football and a first team coach, most successful clubs work in this manner

trublusince1982 768
Would prefer ian cathro. Don't think the club wants to spend on anything football related though. Really can't see it happening

Jack The Flipper 5,936
German football is on the way to becoming the new epicenter of football, no doubt he has many contacts in Germany of which we could make use of. I really like this idea, him being a director of football sounds great to me. It's the type of step I see as a requirement for a successful future. JCDBigBear 10,825
This is just the kind of move which could pay dividends for us. I know a Bear who is very close pals with Nerlinger. Be interesting to find out what Nerlinger's thoughts are so I'll ask the question and report back if I get an answer.
elephants stoned 2,994
Another very good idea there's lots of people who could flourish at Rangers and we have got so used to Allys awful tactics and managerial style whoever takes over will get a huge welcome and be applauded just for keeping the ball on the deck for 90mins. corkinator 611
That's a great shout, he was very highly thought of at Bayern.
DennyBlueNose 652
Not a bad idea at all, we need a complete overhaul and he's a solid candidate. Not so sure about Durie TBH
Courtyard Bear 41,357
Director of Football is a must for me, and he does have a good CV.
willygers4life 1,031
Been saying to others since last season, that we need a director of football, that would actually take pressure of ally more than anything. But now it would be to take the job away from ally and give it to someone that is better equipped as a manager

left winger 14,175
Yeah, he'll come here. I'm sure he just regards Bayern simply as a stepping stone to Rangers.
