Coop 654
He's an embarrassment to the ethos of modern footballers. Sadly this is all too common here in Scotland.
siddiqi_drinker 14,635
People claimed all last seasonSo were they lying or is it the Rangers regime again? Because i see a fat, lumbering bald guy.Aye but that is the best shape of his life................ lazy cunt but a pal of the maNAGER. Ally gtf and take your friends/hasbeens with you. SuperAli 1,350
He hasn't changed. In my opinion he can be any shape he wants if he can score the goals like he has shown but he needs the service which we can't provide. Lumping high balls up to him is no use either. Another player Ally doesn't understand.

gogzy 31,195
He had an op at the end of last season, is a few weeks behind everyone else in fitness, and is getting no service from the midfield.what do you expct from him if no one is giving him the service he needs? FlippinEck 3,705
115th minute against hibs he was still running in behind their defence. Give him a decent ball and he can do it...

onefootwillie 1,518
I think he still looks a bit short of match fitness did he not have an ankle injury and an op before pre season
blueforyou 8
lets give the lad a chance first only 2 games gone. maybe if Daly up front with him will bring the best out of Kris.

pandabear 15
lets give the lad a chance first only 2 games gone. maybe if Daly up front with him will bring the best out of Kris.Putting Boyd next to Daly would definitely make him look in shape. Wawrinka 88
Cant stand fat lazy bastards behind a keyboard judging a pro althletes shape. Why is the stereotype of someone on a messageboard always that they're fat?My BMI would be comfortably smaller than Boyd's
RWB72 1,525
He will be fit soon , running for all the fucking balls Ian Black and his partner in crime lump into row Z.
TheBluebells 6,898
Think this is a bit harsh on him to be honest.Wingers are an issue, defence seem to panic at all times, some players like Law and Black are pish, others seem to have given up....I don't think Boyd is to blame or is anywhere near the worst, we know the player he is, that whole team is just so dysfunctional right now that a player like Boyd is going to get little joy. King Jela 20,361
Useless bastard unless he's being set up for a 6 yard tap in.
And another thing... 64
If we are unable to pass the ball to him he can't score. Boyd isn't the problem, the rest of the team being unable to pass the ball is the problem. It's been like this all through the pre-season and beyond; they simply can't pass the ball! They should learn how to do that in kindergarten. Basic stuff.
crazy bob swollenbaws 1,866
Boyd is symptomatic of the problem. everyone agrees that boyd needs much better service than other strikers. He will not move as far or as fast as other strikers to connect. So that means u need a fast, dominant midfield agains weaker opposition to get best from our mr boyd. So why the hell has ally bought him?? Where was this exceptional service going to come from? Even against the poorer teams????
skinnymate1690 625
having a poacher on the field that has to drop deep to get the ball is just pointless.play to his strengths or not at all
weshallnotbemoved! 714
Boyd should sign for Blackpool, those mirrors down there will make him look slimmer.

NixonRFC 1,333
Boyd is not a worker, he is a goal scorer who waits on service. No manager has managed to change that and he doesn't need to be in excellent shape like Kenny Miller. If anyone expected his game to change this late on in his career they are a fool. We knew what we would be getting when we signed him and i for one didn't think he was needed.Spoken like a man who clearly didn't see him last Season then, the polar opposite of what you just said!
