We can't afford to put three people on gardening leave, if we are to bring someone in it will have to be a proper Manager. We are screwed against hibs, the team lacks confidence and any ability to play football at the moment. McDowall is certainly not going to give any of the players a confidence boost, Sad thing is I don't think he will leave until after the EGM. It's going to be shit and we have three difficult games during the period that I seriously think we will struggle in but it's a case of grinning and baring it until then and hopefully whoever gains control will act quickly and give the new guy the 13 games that are left after that to rebuild the squads confidence before the playoffs.With a six point gap in our favour at the moment it's going to take an even bigger fuck up than anything we have seen so far to NOT make the playoffs. legalbeagle 3,734 Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 This may just be because of how badly it has gone since KMcD was put in post, but it was definitely better under Ally.Having a second manager working his notice is hopeless though, we now have loan players who are going back, a manager who is leaving and a load of players who are out of contract and have no idea if/how they get a new one or who to impress.And we are gonna be stuck with it for another 3/4 weeks, as putting a manager in post before the EGM would be crazy.
