The highlights of a book which will be essential reading for followers of Rangers as well as fans of other football clubs include Craig explaining how:

· He only went public on being behind the Sons of Struth after being threatened with violence – including at his home - by those opposed to his new movement.

· He had his laptop, email account and mobile phone hacked and important information corrupted and was the victim of a sickening online hate campaign.

· He was told he would lose his house, car and savings if he persisted with his struggle by an employee of the club – and was then sued shortly after for £200,000 by a senior official.

· He urged Rangers fans to withhold season ticket money from the club in an attempt to safeguard the future of Ibrox.

· He sank into a deep depression as his business foundered and his personal relationships suffered as he devoted his every waking hour to saving Rangers.

· He became convinced that his telephone was being tapped and that he was being followed after a series of strange events.

· He suffered a suspected stroke and sunk in to depression.

· He published confidential emails and stories leaked to him by worried Rangers insiders online - and was told by police he faced being jailed as a result.

· He enlisted the help of Rangers legends like John Brown, Marco Negri, Nacho Novo, Michael Mols and Bobby Russell to help the Sons of Struth cause.

· He set up flash mob protests outside Sports Direct stores – which led to extra security being put on the door at every one of the nationwide sports good stores throughout the UK.

· He approached a respected figure in Scottish football about taking over as the Rangers manager – after holding talks with a director he was trying to force out.

· He discovered a mob of hooligans had been lined to disrupt an EGM – and battled to prevent that from happening.

· He was thanked by Rangers legends John Greig and Walter Smith after helping to oust the old regime and successfully install a new board.

Maybe David Cameron should take him on to solve the EU problem and IS.

fuckin hell, I actually like CH but that doesn't mean I agree with him on all points. I certainly don't believe he approached anyone to be our manager.

Jim Hannah seems to be quite unpopular in some quarters so it might make more sense to move him and maybe make Craig the fans liaison officer? Just a suggestion?

Either that or maybe incorporate the SoS academy into Rangers official youth setup. Might need to buy him out but that wouldn't be much and doubt his wages would be extortionate.

Should have some kind of official recognition anyway.

Just thinking actually both of those cost money, and everybody knows we're skint, so maybe we could do something a bit cheaper. Stand name is an idea (Ashley paid £1 for the full stadium so surely we can chuck Craig a freebie for one stand?) but alternatively we could rename the Loving Cup? I mean it's only used once a year and 'The SoS Academy Loving Cup in association with XXXXXX' is pretty catchy and would bring in some additional sponsorship money too.

Reckon we should do it, can someone call Jim Hannah and ask him to set the wheels in motion (tu)

I try my best not to get involved in this pish anymore, but I'm pissing myself laughing at the manager comment. How many coaching badges has the guy got?

Had to laugh here ! Maybe I'M reading it wrong, but I think it s stating that CH spoke to a manager about THAT manager taking over...not CH taking over...LOL
