bluenose_n1 536
Just thought he deserves a mention as I thought he was superb, looked sharp, read everything and even after getting booked put himself into tackles also thought the whole team was the same and I believe that they feed off the fans yesterday if we do our part then the players give that extra 10% which makes the difference
ForeverAndEver 73,990
Only saying that because he grew up on the Copland.
SeparateEntityMyArse 55,445
Thought he done ok. Never shirked a tackle or failed to show for a ball. 7/
Drunk and disorderly. 15,082
In before the Halliday haters. He played well and encouraged the support to get behind the team. If he wasn't a Rangers supporter and brought up in Govan he could have a good career with us.
Blumhoilann 6,715
Had a good game, battled well.
rfc_watp 1,503
Done very well yesterday so credit where it's due. Carry it on into next week and the week after that and so on. Bit inconsistent this season but when he is up for it, he is an important player for us.
plumbGER 24,518
He was far too sleekit when he was nipping in and winning the ball.

Vanoli 4,654
Just goes to show how subjective football is. I thought he and O'Halloran were comfortably the worst players on the park. Gave the ball away and put us right under pressure far too often, usual lack of discipline positionally; and worst of all for all he flexes his muscles and roars at the crowd a lot or likes to stare down opponents and act like a hardman, he loses individual battles every week. He's flat out not good enough.
Courtyard Bear 41,357
One of his better games, but if we can get another good midfielder in January he should be on the bench.
gsa 3,906
Still pretty poor in my opinion. He's simply not good enough to play centre midfield for Rangers. Agree with one of the posts above. For someone that displays so much aggression outwardly and in his interaction with the crowd, why is he outmuscled and knocked off the ball in 90% of challenges he's involved in? Nothing to do with being a "Halliday hater" and nothing to do with his background. He's just a very average footballer. If he's to have a career with us longer term then I'd suggests less posturing and more self improvement.
Hoody 103
Have my reservations but he did well yesterday. He needs to put in that level of performance every game, as does the rest of the team

Many are makeshift until we can afford the quality needed to put the scum in their place, which means they might be around for sometime to come if king persists in hanging around. Liam_RFC 238
He's average at best never good enough to play for us
Captain Hilts 12,819
I remember a time when a die hard Rangers fan playing for Rangers was seen as a good thing.
kaiser1041 9,107
Thought he stood up in the second half and played well.needs to stop the play acting though as it's leaving us a man down . happy for him though as he's been poor for a while

It's obviously not a bad thing but the relevance can be over stated and there's no doubt it allows the players in question more leeway with many if they aren't performing Halliday did well yesterday but the criticisms of him have been justified and as it stands i'd still have him as the one out the team if/when a new midfielder arrives
Sparkle 54,623
It's fair to say he isn't the most talented player we have and hopefully MW will look to strengthen midfield in January - but I appreciate how he turns up and gives 100% effort every single game and not just against the so called bigger teams. A.T.G 10,773
Fuckin told yous last week that if we keep slagging him in here coz he reads it then he will play better! Youre welcome

He speaks of his love for Rangers because he is asked about it regularly. He shouldn't be singled out for criticism when a lot of other players are just as bad. sandyinroyalblue 16,478
I'm glad that he had a better game yesterday as he's been struggling this season IMO. It's interesting though if players are singled out for criticism when we lose it's unfair but it's okay to single out individuals when we win. docspiderman 1,310
As has been said earlier, very slack and very poor in the first half but came on to a game after we went ahead. Needs to stop going to ground when tackling and after tackles.
