Brackley Bluenose 4,479
I have to admit after the way we've been swindled by this board I honestly did not expect that. I thought people would vote with their feet until King stumped up some of his own cash. Remarkable, unconditional support.

Malvern 11,329
"all season ticket money will go towards the playing squad" Yeah, paying the wages for the current dross and investing 2-3 Mil after the Dinky "take home pay"

All I'm saying is with the right manager we don't have to spend that much to close the gap since it is a poor league and even a modest Rangers team can win most weeks ... the one imponderable though is how much rogers will get of last years champions league money and if they will get more next season that could make a difference

We have the budget to consistently beat the rest of the dross in the league, then it should come down to the games against the soap dodgers. Let's hope Pedro can bring in some decent players. Bears r us 30,810
Heard that figure last night, outstanding again from our fans. As far as Kings bit, if he had said today was Thursday I would have wanted to check the calender.
Courtyard Bear 41,357
When Davie boy talks you know he's lying. I honestly believe the cunts in blazers will think they doing a great job because we are all coming back. Will be interesting to see what the final figure on ST sales will be. Aye but you've got to take conssesions and child prices into account so it's more likely to be an average price of just under £

black75 46
Didn't we have over 40,000 season tickets last year if i remember correctly, must be a fair few not renewing.

Doesn't 35,000 season tickets (not even final number after public sale) equate to like £15m? I'll believe that when I see it, but hopefully a good chunk I don't believe either the number of sales or the spending claim. If we are on course to break records there would be no need for king to claim all of it's going on the squad. i hope he proves me wrong! RFCHTID 52
King said the exact same thing last year, that if we sold so many tickets he would give all the money to investing in the playing squad, figure was quoted to be £15 million.Just another soundbyte coming from DK to try shift more tickets. Capital Blu 615
The last full year accounts indicated that the first team wage bill for 2016/17 would be £10.3m. That sort of figure doesn't leave much for recruitment from ST revenues.
plumbGER 24,518
I haven't renewed yet but intend to, my mate holding up proceedings until he finds out when his boys football matches will be played.
james_85 656
Wish Dave King would just keep quiet. Season ticket sale brilliant again but as soon as he mentions investing it in the team, teams will just think that we have a bigger budget and start adding a couple of 100 thousands to a players valuation and chancing that we will pay that

westenclosure2008 797
What another great show from our support. I heard fuds on the radio tonight saying fans should've voted with their feet and not renewed but that doesn't help us at all. It would only put us back even further. Let's just hope King doesn't take our loyalty for granted.
