Last Player To Be Injured Against Us

Who was it?

Be interesting to find out who and when it happened to challenge this narrative that we're a dirty team with thugs in our side.

Bottom of the fair play table and been cited 9 times by the "impartial" compliance officers, yet for the life of me I can't remember the last time an opposition player was stretchered off against us.

Very good point. Can’t remember one either.

Not to detract from the point, but I don't think we've been cited 9 times.

I wouldn't say so, no. Finding an injury list etc wouldn't prove that though.

Finding ourselves bottom of fair play tables suggest an element of dirty play along with lack of discipline. Particularly when we're below other teams known for dirty play.

Interesting we don't seem to be dirty, struggle to think of players injured as a result of our challenges, rarely discuss incidents where our players have tried to 'do" someone.... yet we're right down there.

Something doesn't add up..

Fair play tables don't really show how many players you have or have not injured.

Although we have been had done by in terms of red cards at times this season we have definitely picked up some stupid cards along the way aswell. That Arfield tackle at Tynecastle still beggars belief

We've had a fair few baffling yellows/reds, but also had some stupid ones that were our own doing.

No but they do tend to sway towards dirty or ill disciplined teams. Often the lower teams are those at the bottom of the league where there's a bit more desperation in their play, and the game takes place nearer their goals so there's possibly more rash tackles/ penalties.

From what you've seen of us, our opponents, other games, do you think we're the worst in scot land? I don't.
