All monies raised from land and player sales should go to their victims in the first place and the rest should go into the public funds. As far as we know the cover up has been going on for over 50 years from the people running them, who invited the perpetrators in or were they already in place and the club was acting as a facilitator for their friends with the same predelictions. 14 names were given to the police,think about that 14 to have one or two bad apples in any organization is unfortunate but to have your very own orchard can only have been done by design and sanctioned by those at the very top of said organization.
