He does need to starting winning trophies though, and one of the things that does annoy me and many others is his subs in games, and his blind spot for certain players, but that is something he should be able to improve on with more experience. If he does go we get compensation, but I hope it means he has been promised the resources to do what he thinks needs done. He's no fool and could have walked away to a better paid job down south.
