These idiots ARE aware that Protestants died in the Famine.

Its a myth only Catholics died. Which makes a mockery of any deliberate British policy of a holocaust as the more extreme Irish republicans claim.

It's also a fact that 'the famine' wasn't purely an Oirish disaster,Hebrides, parts of West Scotland, parts f west Britain,France etc but hey, don't let that old chip on the shoulder get in the way of the truth.

Went to a rugby playing school, disliked the game on principal (though I never played it.)

Football was, is, and always will  be my biggest vice.

Same. Rugby & Athletics took precedent - football was lunchtime entertainment, haha!

I like both; I'm definitely nowhere near as passionate about a rugby team per se though - I just enjoy watching it as a sport itself. Whereas football I don't really watch other teams to be honest.

Mainland Britain has had more famines than Ireland. The early 17thC Scottish famine is the very reason for the Plantation happening by 1607.

How sad can a club be.

LOOK at that fucking strip with all of its bollocks

"50th Anniversary of LISBOA 67" - "FAMINE COMMEMORATION DAY" - "ONE STAR"
  All on the top half front of one shirt.

The most classless bunch of vermin I've ever seen.

Won’t it be something other than 50th???

My main drug now is solely Rangers too.

Shame they're not hitting the same highs these days. I blame the dealers for providing a poor product, (with the exception of the Colombian kind.)

He thinks he’s got some sort of power now but it’ll be short lived.

The specky cunt will be on the dole soon enough. 👍🏻

If all teams were to meet next month (as other leagues are working towards) in a sanitised and secure venue, testing conducted and players remain collectively segregated, and play the games in a competition format until league concluded, is this any more expensive than what it will cost to repay the alleged claims from sponsors and broadcasters?

Martin Keown has slammed the SPFL as a 'farce' and accused them of forcing clubs into ending the season by placing unfair financial worries on them.

The Arsenal legend - who has kept a close eye on Scottish football in recent years with son Niall playing for Partick Thistle and St Johnstone - reckons the governing body made a decision far too quickly.

It comes as Scottish Premiership clubs are set to hold an emergency summit with league chief Neil Doncaster later on Friday to end the campaign and declare celtic as champions.

That will also see Hearts relegated to the Championship and the haste associated with events doesn't sit right with the outspoken pundit.

He also believes that the English Premier League will be watching closely and looking at the fallout expected to come with Hearts threatening legal action.

It's a similar story in England with Aston Villa, Norwich and Bournemouth currently in the bottom three, with Villa having a game in hand.

And Keown told talkSPORT: "This has been a bit of a farce in Scotland.

"They tried to make that decision too quickly, almost holding a gun to the club’s heads with the financial rewards if they were to make a quick decision.

"Finances will have a big say on what happens up in Scotland and obviously that’s going to come down south as well.

"We’re all anxious to see what the Scottish game does, does it take a lead, does it continue?

"We’ll have to wait and see, that’s a massive decision they’ll have to make."

Outsiders are noticing.

Now you want to take their 'victimhood' from them ? I would be all in favour  of that but they don't do facts.

And that's my point. No one appears interested, from either side of the divide, nor press including the likes of English who has issue with it all. Its fucking bizarre.

Maybe the questions are being directed at the wrong people, has any journalist spoke to a lawyer about the questions you raise? Specialist have been used before in reporting.

After showing the missus the pic of the tarrier with less brain than the pigeon, she asked why ‘he’d go to the shops dressed like that’ - I brought her up to speed......

How the hell have they had clearance for a National Famine Commemoration Day shirt logo for next season when Rangers were denied a poppy on their shirt. They're flouting the logo rules. not posting the tweet because of the pic.

Will also be the 150th anniversary of the Fenian Raids, where basically 200 oirishmen invaded Canada (!), as they were too feart to invade England. And got walloped by Canadian Orange lodge and commonwealth soldiers.

Most of them actually ended up in the USA by mistake, and they were routed there to.

TIms, you really couldn't make them up.

Where have you been? There has only been one agenda at play the entire time - to award celtic a title.  You know that. They would rather pay back 10m than not declare a champion.

The rest is semantics, played out in the media to brainwash the followers. All of their reasons are lies including n&v. n&v is feasible and the route the vast majority of leagues will eventually take should football not be possible.

Trying to compare the Scottish league to England's course of action which is the most lucrative league on the planet is an argument that has no basis due to the extent of money.

There is no integrity in awarding a title winner or relegation when 25% of games haven't been played. None whatsoever!

You learn something every day. :tu:

I noticed on that page a medal from Queen Victoria to both Imperial and Canadian forces for their duties.
