He was told to come in at the back post and target the smaller fullback which in theory is good, however it leaves the right hand side short defensively at times it looked and he probably caught in two minds what to do,

Boy looks an old fashioned centre forward, would love to see him right through the middle for a run of games

Aye mate, the right hand side seemed to be short defensively. Like a tsunami at times against us it was.

2nd half he was far more comfortable in his role, thats where he'll play

Broadfoot didn’t know what to do about Itten.  There was one point Broadfoot looked like a beaten man asking the other defenders for help as they were walking around the pitch

Itten will terrorise defenders in this league. No concerns about him whatsoever.

Hate International breaks.

Assume Itten, Davis, Jones, Morelos, Hagi, Helander, Jack, Barisic, Kamara, Balogun, McLaughlin, Patterson and Arfield

Half a squad away. At least its a home game vs DU after.

Not as bad this time as can be used as some match practice for the likes of Hagi,Helander, Balogun etc.

I have to say I was very impressed with Itten yesterday. Great link up play and not shy to shoot. Exactly what we need in this system.

Roofe clearly getting up to speed with the game, but good finish all the same.

And Broadfoot is just about as savvy a defender as you’ll get in our league.

Can't believe the hype on here about two mediocre performances -if  Morelos had put in a performance like that he would have got destroyed  on here

Excellent contradiction by yourself.

All you had to say above was that when Morelos put in that type of performance he got slated. Then it wouldn't seem like you have a hard on for him.

Not entirely sure where the hype is?

First half was terrible, they switched positions and played better.  If this duo gel well and we consistently win games that win us the league then there will be endless amounts of hype.

Right now, this pair are being monitored on the possibility of making a good partnership which is what we are all looking for.

Just a shame Buff appears to have really thrown the toys out, if we could get a front three of Moreos , Itten and Roofe to work properly  that would really  give some defences nightmares.

Well you never know  and I just hope Freddo doesn't burn to many of his bridges in case this  move doesn't work out especially with Lille allegedly  putting the brakes on any  proposed  deal.
