Don't have to be fit to sell him. Christ we buy enough players who aren't fit at the time.

Rather we gave a big experience boost to King than waste minutes of Davies.

I'd rather we played the best players at the manager's disposal. I know it sounds crazy but there's maybe some merit to it.

Debating it like so?

Or did you miss that post in your usual rush to say black when I say white?

You still couldn’t help the snide comments when you knew the point being made.

Six hours on a coach and two hours on the bench in Aberdeen in December is not ideal to get Goldson back to speed.

Take him if you’re going to play him, otherwise it is stupidity.

Yeah the winter part was a bit daft.

Don't want Davies fit tbh. Rather King played beside Goldson until Souttar is back and sell Davies in January.

Am I missing sonething. My memory is of the first hslf of season is that the Goldson/Davies combination looked by far our best CB pairing.

Yeah, saying players need minutes  to build match fitness is snide as fuck

Leaving him in Glasgow when we're struggling for CBs is stupidity.

Davies is a much better player than King at this moment.

He’s clearly had his fitness problems but when played he’s not done much wrong

Has Davies always had fitness issues the championship is obviously a robust league but I don't remember his fitness being a major concern.

Genuinely I think our issues with injuries have been a mixture of 2 things the congestion in first half of the season because the world cup and our fitness levels been nowhere near the levels needed to handle that.

I fancy us tonight. This match has been in my mind all day.

Classic that in hindsight given *that* Morelos finish and Defoe’s trademark impact

We went up there again about a week later and drew in a cup game, then got knocked out in the replay at Ibrox

Don’t know why I decided to post this but there we are
