I can't believe they honestly think this EBT nonsense is some sort of conspiracy and big crime of the century. As if we've robbed European teams with a tax scheme

They want to open their eyes for fuck sake. Tax schemes are widespread in all high wage industries. This is a matter to do with how we as a country run our economy. It's got nothing to do with jumped up bodies like the SFA or SPFL. They have no power over such matters.

The truth of the matter is that Scottish football and our politicians should be trying to lower our tax liabilities given we are so up against it now internationally due to TV incomes. Its no surprise that none of our media ask why the English FA or media give not one fuck about the use of tax schemes down South. Tax law and affairs are fuck all to do with football. Its not right but it's legal and so common place to try and reduce your tax liabilities through such schemes. Until we change the structure of our economy this will remain the case.

The hypocracy of the Scottish media in making a big deal about Rangers when such practices are widespread  is evidence of complete bias against us. Football up here is a circus but this witch hunt against us is unheard of elsewhere. Even other supporters down here couldn't care less about the use of tax schemes by the likes of Arsenal. They know it's to be expected in such a high wage industry. HMRC only got so tough on football because clubs are geographically immobile and can't move abroad like other companies.

This isn't the first and won't be the last time a football club uses tax schemes. As ever though with the circus of our media and ludicrous little league, it will be the only time that such massive sanctions are even mentioned by other fans never mind journalists or other football clubs.

Its all hate driven nonsense. It's embarrassing to see that grown ups in responsible jobs give it any credence.
