Just read that they are being allowed to buy a section of land near the piggery "off market" from the council (again) the intention is to build a fan zone .

There hasn't been any bids for Dembele yet.  The player himself is making it clear that IF a bid does come in he wants to leave.  If celtic knocked back a bid they might be left with another Boyata situation in which the player wants out of Scotland but celtic are making him see out his contract.  

What's interesting is that Boyata's agent claims certain promises were made that celtic didn't keep:

If they've promised the player they wont stand in his way should a big move come along, and went back on that, the player has every right to be pissed off.  I imagine Dembele is seeking assurances that he will be sold IF someone comes in.  It seems clear that these guys don't want to stay at celtic any longer.
