As had been said plenty times before we need a better midfield, some are far too lightweight and don’t win the personal battles. I honestly feel if we had some REAL steel in there we’d hardly lose a game. Really hope we strengthen here.

Defended him for long enough but Fod is not up to it. Flaps on crosses instead of punching clear, not great on shots or headers from edge of or within box, rank rotten distribution and when pressured on back passes he gives heart stopping moments. Apart from that he’s a great keeper.

You can’t not like Murty tbh; comes across as a very humble man. Hope he succeeds.

Generally like him but he had a stinker last night. His worst game in a Rangers shirt.

He is having a rennaisance at the moment. Pity he couldn’t have turned it on for us. Was looking forward to his performances when he joined but he was quite underwhelming. I dunno what exactly the problem was but it looked a lot of the time like he was lacking in confidence playing for us.

Whilst decisions against us have been horrendous this season, the odd time i’ve watched Sportscene there seemed to be refereeing howlers in just about every game (except those involving them weirdly enough ?). The hibs game took the fuckin biscuit . It was the worst refereeing performance i think we’ve probably ever seen, and there have been a lot. I seriously can’t wait until UEFA get their fingers out and sanction on the spot tv evidence in games.

The board obviously thought let’s see how it goes with Murty hence no apparent rush for a new manager. Now it’s all unravelling and it’s clear that Murty doesn’t have what it takes. Apart from maybe Morelos and McCrorie every position is rank rotten. No manager could get this lot functioning as an effective football team.

He made it clear when we were in admin that he didn’t want to bail us out.

Don’t get me wrong our defence is not great but our midfield is just shite and do not give adequate protection to the defence. Often overrun in midfield, Jack and Dorrans go missing for large spells. And as for Windass actually defending, dont make me laugh.

He had a bad day but I’d rather slaughter the defence first before Morelos. Shocking defending. Again.
