Warburton, Pedro, Murty. The board should hang their heads in shame.

Time to get an experienced manager in. Tried and tested, British manager who has either a history of winning trophies, astute in the transfer window and gets the very best out of average players.

We’ve pissed the little millions we’ve had up against a wall. It’s last chance saloon now, get a fucking manager in the fans can get on board with

The manager you are describing costs money, a lot of money. Something we don’t have

This board should be to blame for the last few years . They have been the biggest disgrace for loads of reasons

Not just the Managerial appointments

They have embarrassed our great club . King , Murray and the other muppets we have running our club

One fuck up after another leading to people like Murty , who quite simply should not be in this position .

A manager that fits this description would be on £100k/week down South.  The closest we can get to it at this moment in time is Steve Clarke who is grossly undervalued but wont be for much longer given the job he's doing at Kilmarnock.

Any names come to mind, OP?

I think this is the main issue just who is out there we can go and get.

After seeing how well Clarke has killie set up and Boyd top scorer should be a an indicator and the only one I can see that we could afford.

Gamblers.

That's what the board are.  They are gambling with the very future of the Club by making poor managerial appointments.   Appointing an untried, unproven rookie - an apprentice training manager - to the most important job at the Club is a reckless gamble.  A gamble taken by a board that has realised after its supposedly extensive, and very long, recruitment campaign that the great football club Rangers is now so poor that its board is unable to attract and afford anything other than the cheapest in-house option.

There is nobody else who is credible that this board can attract or afford.  That's the nose and tail of it.

As a result they are forced into this almighty gamble.  A gamble they take on our behalf in the hopes that it will eventually pay off.

Haha they’d cost millions per season. I’ll play along tho, you’ve identified these 3 now what are you paying them with?

As always from people who hold different opinions all put downs no factual information.

Harry Redknapp has worked for free for some time in his last 3 posts as manager of Birmingham, Jordan and DOF at Derby.

Mark Hughes was on 900k a year at Stoke. We paid Pedro 800k IIRC.

Neil Warnock I’d hazard an educated guess is probably around 750k considering he just signed a new contract and has stated on occasion that he would never manage in the premier league so it’d look like he’ll be out of work come the summer should Cardiff be promoted.

Harry redknapp might have worked for free. Jordan was one maybe 2 games, he was shit at Birmingham. I think Hughes is the new Southampton manager. Compensation would be huge. Warnock is on the verge of promotion to the premiership with Cardiff and as you state just signed a new contract, compensation would be huge.

Good thing there’s loads of them readily available.

In fact, if you could just name one reasonable candidate who would meet that criteria, I’d find that helpful.
