Watched all Defoe's goals for Sunderland & not one was a header. Who are the crosses meant for?

It’s got a draw all over this

I would take that to be honest after Tav missing the penalty

That’s twice Defoe has grabbed the ball for the pen and twice Tav has missed

You could be right there.   In a way the low-key performance sort of encourages a thought that maybe that's what SG has told them to do...……...make sure you don't concede but don't get ambitious about scoring.   Long diagonal (useless) balls that give the appearance of sorts of trying but are really just a way of running down the clock.      That could never be the plan...….could it?

Once again we let teams off the hook with that penalty ‘effort’. Tav hasn’t kicked a ball for months so shouldn’t be taking penalties or free kicks for that matter.

Have you watched Tav recently?

I’ve saw Davis creating plenty for us and Northern Ireland down the years.

17 assists over the last 10 years in all competitions hardly screams out a creative player.  pretty sure morelos and/or tavernier will beat that tally this season alone

The Jack and McCrorie problem isn’t going to go away outside of the biggest games. There’s a reason we can only knock it wide and hope Kent can do something, or Tav can pick out Defoe. For every Pittodrie or old firm performance you get with this midfield you’ll get three of these against lesser, compact opposition.

Why does mccoist change his mind like a 12 year old girl whenever Sutton disagrees with him?

I'm no lover of Sutton but fuxake he's talking sense.

Fuck sake you know it's bad when Sutton agrees with the penalty and says Broadfoot should be off.

Referred to a different set of rules.

Yes especially with Halliday starting instead of Barasic

He shouldn't be grabbing it and perhaps it is putting pressure on Tav. He didn't miss one until Defoe came into the picture.

Defoe and others should know their place and not put added pressure on the taker

Imagine being a Kilmarnock fan and turning up to watch a shite Steve Clarke team play shite football on a shite pitch?

Thankfully it’s only a hypothetical because by the looks of it fucking no one turns up.
