SonicWill got a reaction from Jasper Blues in Michael Beale
Again I think Beale set us up correctly and got his tactics right. The only questionable one was starting with Kent but frankly when the other option is Sakala, who seems physically incapable of scoring against them, he’s not exactly spoilt for choice.
We miss an open goal and concede an absolute brain fart of a goal. There’s literally nothing he can do about that. We don’t have the depth of squad needed to be able to compete from the bench. Morelos is in Carter-Vickers pocket constantly but we have no better option available.
We recruited well in January with Cantwell and Raskin. We need another window where the vast majority of our signings are successes and we badly need to back the manager.

Bin them immediately, the planning for next season needs to start now.
Only play guys who will be here beyond the summer.

SonicWill reacted to KyleBJK in Kent and Morelos
There was a stat during the game that Jota and kyogo have scored 8 in the last 4 games for them against us while in 44 games Kent and Morelos have 6 between them. That just about tells everything about our forward line.

I actually thought Lundstram was alright today, at least he tries.

Better team yet again but stupid errors making them out to be world beaters!
Still. Seeing my little miracle boy in his kit melts my heart 😍❤️.

I agree with most of what you’ve against thr game yesterday but agains them at Ibrox they equalised with 10 minutes to play due to the 7 minutes injury time so it wasn’t just a few minutes.

They did not give up today. One of the last acts of the game today was Tillman winning a foul after chasing back into his own half to nick the ball away from an Aberdeen player. This happened one minute after Arfield had sprinted back and cut out a pass across our box which could well have made it 3-0.
There was nothing wrong with the application today, just the finishing and (in Borna's case) the defensive awareness.

I don't think it calls for major panic, but it's a shambles of a result.
I like Beale and hope he makes a good fist of it, for all our sakes

Please can we stop with the same ridiculous bed wetting after every defeat?
We played fine. We wasted plenty of chances, had a shot cleared off the line and their keeper made a brilliant save. Aberdeen's first goal was a total fluke and the second was Barisic being Barisic and falling asleep at the back post.
Not every defeat is some sort of colossal character failure on the part of the team - sometimes in football you just lose matches that, on the basis of performance and chances created, you should have won. It's annoying but I'd be much more concerned if we'd lost 2-0 and Aberdeen had absolutely battered us.

Annoying to lose and less than ideal before the semi next week but I’m not particularly concerned.
We played well enough to win and had plenty of chances. Aberdeen’s first was a total fluke.
You’ll lose games in football that you dominate and this is one of those occasions. The performance wasn’t pathetic or spineless, it was just one of those days.

Barisic loses his man at the back post.
We can’t be surprised. It’s who he is.

Players come and go. The biggest failure with Kent is that the club gets nothing on a 7m outlay. He’s had some really good moments for us but hasn’t delivered consistently enough. We should be reclaiming at least some of the money though. It is a huge failure of the club that he will leave for nothing, and makes a mockery of our transfer strategy. We simply cannot afford to do things like this going forward.

Renewed at £761 in CD3.
It's a lot of money but I love my seat (bar the legroom), it's a below-inflation increase and going to see Rangers is probably the thing I most look forward to so it's a small price to pay.
...Plus my wife gets it for me as a joint Christmas/birthday present so the cost matters less to me!

SonicWill reacted to Broxi in Cantwell
2 goals and 5 assists since he came in is good showing, also considering it was said posting numbers wasn't the strength of his game.
However, players like him and Tillman won't be full stars for us yet until they do it in an Old Firm when it matters most. Both been brilliant for us, but that's the next level they need to get to, being the big game players.

In the context of the game, the goal is perfect.
We were 4-2 up in the dying moments in a game that we haven’t defended well in so to keep that level of control and manoeuvre the ball around the pitch until the right moment is how we should be seeing games out.
Well executed by Cantwell and Arfield to close it out.

Favourite part of the match was Cantwell sprinting back half the pitch in the 92nd minute to win a meaningless ball on the wing.
If you’ve got effort and commitment like that it’s half the battle.

An awful error (although McGregor should have bailed him out), but otherwise I thought he was very assured.
There's clearly huge injury concerns remaining, but i'm not going to write him off on the basis of a poor 45 mins at Livingston when he wasn't fit and one mistake in a match. He showed me enough here to suggest he can play at our level.
