Exactly, there is a due process to follow however it was completely discarded. And it's just so happens the one get out of jail free card is the exact scenario they came up with half an hour after the incident. Despite no calls for offside from anyone. 
And even then in that scenario, it should've resulted in a indirect free kick and not a goal kick.
Otherwise it should've been a penalty for handball or if you didn't see it that way, the VERY least a corner kick to us. 
As I've said before, regardless how the play panned out, something got seriously fucked up.

If Sima is marginally offside ( debatable ) my understanding of the offside rule is that " if a player is in an offside position and the ball is passed to him then the linesman flags for offside " I have looked at the available footage and I do not see a flag raised by the linesman. The way I read the law is the handball should have seen a penalty awarded, then if there was a question by celtic players it would be reviewed and if there was justification for the offside then it should have been a free kick to celtic on the edge of the 18 yard box.

McLaughlin is an expense we can do without especially when we have young McCrorie as Number 2.
Borna is also past it been a great fullback for us but is well past it.
Lunny has come good under Clemente but is subject to going missing.

They made the VAR decision very quickly, faster than offside checks usually happen. The decision was communicated as no penalty. Nobody showed the offside for over 30 minutes after the incident, even Sky were confused by what was happening saying it wasn't mentioned on the feed they have. When they eventually showed the still of the offside, the ball was already travelling from Lundstram (I do think Sima was probably offside regardless).
They have made the right decision, but I feel the offside has gotten Collum off the hook for having a fucking howler here - I don't believe that offside was even checked until after the event. That is concerning.

Unless they start awarding penalties for fouls outside the box, the onus is on other teams to get into our box.

At this club, in its present predicament, we cannot afford to sign first team players and give them a bye for an entire season and hope they might come good the following season. 
We need players to come in and hit the ground running or at least look like they are jogging to a run within a few months. He has looked like neither and tbh always looks like he made a mistake coming here.

So I'm hoping this is what he is doing with Lammers and Dessers, he has played with Dessers before so has some idea of what he is capable of.

I'm assuming Wilson just wanted someone in the building he could look down on. 

We've signed some amount of shit in our time but to blow £7m or so on a more laughable double act than Morcambe and Wise, when our budget is at a premium is just negligence.  Beale has really fckd us over as no way is any other club touching Lammers or Dessers with a big stinky barge pole.
They are just shit pure and simple and need dropped as soon as possible.
