One massive thing were no talking about is GVB and his changes. No way would Gerrard have made such an attacking change sacrificing a midfielder for another attacker. Made a huge difference second half. Credit where credits due.

One good season in 4 isnt form that attracts decent EPL teams, especially given his age now, scouts aren't daft (well most arent) they see a lot of a player that isn't covered up by doing something good, like goldson putting in a good tackle in an overall poor performance, fans might accept that if it saves a goal, but scout reports will be pretty damning
Same for the likes of tav as well, for all the good he does going forward at times, not all teams will play like we do and dominate games like we do, so say a scout for someone like Everton watches him, they'll look at his defensive attributes as well given he'll have way more to do in their team, and they probably won't like what they see

Very true. Our squad has improved massively under SG. They have spent a fortune on clowns whilst outspending us  and their core players have regressed. The thumb didn't even make the Scotland squad ffs. 
They will be playing catch up next season. Trying to scramble a squad together whilst we improve further under SG. 
They will be focusing on the short term plan of trying to stop the never ending timplosion and winning a piece of silverware next season.
We will be focusing on making our squad even stronger, getting at least a domestic double and qualifying for the knock out stages of the CL.
Their expectations are diminishing by the day and it is great to see. 
Come the end of the season they will consider getting beat by 24 points an improvement.

Laurie , like every other celtic fan and i include the meeja in that , fails to see or mention what any sane rational person who is looking at the past 10 years will see.
A Rangers team that had Kevin fuckin Kyle leading the line in attack and players of his ilk , Managers who really hadn't a clue and various and sundry other players who just were not up to the challenge of wearing the Rangers jersey day in day out and while all this was going on the bheasts were swanning it over teams , including us during that time , who were simply not good enough to offer a serious challenge.
Since SG came in he has steadily improved Rangers and the way the team is set-up and plays the game so much so that instead of dominating for years like they told us they would they've sat back and thought there won't be a challenge from Ibrox for years and in the meantime Rangers and SG have just went about their business in a business like manner and we're witnessing the fruits of the task that has been undertaken.
Fuck them.

This period is the finest period since Feb 2012.
The timmigrants are in total meltdown - and it's not because their team is any different from before, the cfc board haven't sold off their best players. It is the fact that we've been coming down the road for 1 to 2 years now and they've totally ignored it. They have failed to take notice of the world's most successful domestic football club. 
Now they have a competitor that's faster, stronger and better organised than them.
We are even better, accumulated ten more points after sixteen games played than they were at their Rogers "invincible" best.
