The frustration with Dessars is all the great goal scoring opportunities he makes for himself only to miss when it looked easier to score. I’ve no doubt much of this comes from a lack of confidence rather than lack of ability.

Agree. I have no issue with it provided it is not an ex player just for the sake of it. If it is the right person with the right credentials it can be a big positive, especially for a new manager coming in.

Yes, I think some people genuinely hate everything connected to Rangers and cant see the benefit a player with knowledge could bring, has to be the right player all the same.
