Another worrying thing I see in our team is lack of fight and aggression, I said in another post about how guys like Iain Ferguson or Brown would have went fucking mental with Worral and wouldn't have been surprised if they had a square go in the dressing room. We have a team full of Indians with no chiefs, we need a leader on the park not 11 followers. Looking back at the game, the formation was an attacking formation but the players couldn't pull it off and I feel we looked as if Gerrard was hoping and praying it would work whereas he should have been sorting it. I like Tav but TBH and at times the whole team has put the weight of games on him, but in all honesty he has his moments but in most games he is underwhelming. He is not a leader of men and Gerrard should never have gave him the captaincy but Tav himself should be saying he isn't the guy for it. The new signings last bit were a disappointment, I fully accept they haven't played in a while but maybe I'm just having a knee jerk reaction here when I say neither of them showed any real flashes of brilliance to get me worked up and get excited.

Back to the same shit but with a few new faces. We are far to slow at getting forward and the CB seem to think they can play tiki taka, instead they are just giving the opposition the time to get their shape. I remember years ago we were playing piss poor but that season Dado Prso stood up and carried us at times, we don't have a player who can do this and have a pitch full of followers with no leader, was hoping Davis would be that leader but thinking back he was in the team Prso carried.
