I always remember when I was younger at the school team. I was a fantastic player and we had a few players who were also really good and had an eye on getting a club, we played Grange who had Charlie Miller in their team, guy was a different level and we realised then we were bang average at best and the guys we thought were decent were actualy just piss poor.

When their goalie had the ball he would give it to Miller on the edge of the box and he would run up the pitch and score. The rest of their team was absolute shit and it was more a game of can my school out score Charlie Miller.

On a serious note, this is good from the club. Something I feel the club should push more, the sellik support will greet but that's an added bonus.

Spot on there mate. Been saying that for ages, we have no winners on the park and nobody to turn to when things aren't going our way such as a Barry Ferguson. Another worrying thing I see in our team is lack of fight and aggression, I said in another post about how guys like Iain Ferguson or Brown would have went fucking mental with Worral and wouldn't have been surprised if they had a square go in the dressing room. We have a team full of Indians with no chiefs, we need a leader on the park not 11 followers.
Looking back at the game, the formation was an attacking formation but the players couldn't pull it off and I feel we looked as if Gerrard was hoping and praying it would work whereas he should have been sorting it. 
I like Tav but TBH and at times the whole team has put the weight of games on him, but in all honesty he has his moments but in most games he is underwhelming. He is not a leader of men and Gerrard should never have gave him the captaincy but Tav himself should be saying he isn't the guy for it.
The new signings last bit were a disappointment, I fully accept they haven't played in a while but maybe I'm just having a knee jerk reaction here when I say neither of them showed any real flashes of brilliance to get me worked up and get excited.
