This is an absolute joy now to watch a Rangers manager who is polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the game. Plus he takes no crap from any of the media and puts his points across firmly without bowing to pressure. Looking back on previous managers we have had some great ones in my lifetime like WS, Jock Wallace, Souness and my favourite Willie Waddell who presided over the worst episode in our history and handled it with poise, sympathy and incredible dignity as well as rebuilding the club from a poor position.
Mr Gerrard though has certainly started with class and style both in the building of the team, the standards he is setting and public appearances. Lets hope he carries on the way he has started and I'm really hopeful he will become a legend. Still cannot believe this is his first managerial position.

It's shite that penalties don't count as goals. Hopefully one day that rule will change.

Was at Ibrox today doing the tour with the wife and wee man,  £35 for us all and I tell you what it's the best value for £35 you will ever get.
Saw Mr Struths office and it still the same as it was left all those years ago and a picture of the queen above the dressing door and a big fuck of one of her majesty that the captain always sits under and Tav jersey is underneath it  
Then  walking out the tunnel to Simply the best,  I swear no cunt in the stadium and  your pumped up walking out the tunnel,  if a cunt ran past in a tarrier  jersey you would hit some cunt in the govan rear with him ,but imagine walking out to a wall of noise of us bears?   You just could not imagine it until you have actually experienced it I think   
This is too Our main stand, When all the other stadiums were getting bulldozed and remodelled we spend £20m on ours at the time to add the club deck, to me it's  one of the best main stands in European if not world football,  We really are spoiled with a stadium like Ibrox.

My pal passed away in 2002 far to early for him and we put his scarf in with him. One of my other pals still carries his old travel club memebership card to every game as its got his picture on it. So he is no longer with us, but still goes to all the games with us, if that makes sense

Yes my dad was cremated  with my scarf rolled up next to his hand, walking to Ibrox the first time after the funeral was hard, especially when I remembered I needed a scarf.   I went home at half time thou as it got too much for me emotionally as without my da I would probably be nowhere near Ibrox. .
Now I do it with my son it's the most natural thing in the world. , 2 seasons now and the only games I have been at that he has not are the celtic games as once you take them once that's it they are hooked as they know what it means to us, and the wife is just glad of the break ?

When my auld grandad passed away a few years ago, my gran buried him in his Rangers tie, with his scarf in the coffin. His coffin was royal blue. The wreath was made from red white and blue flowers. His coffin also had his Black watch hackle on it. Even ma grandads funeral was staunch as fuck. ????

As I've said before, whenever there's a press conference I'm rushing to the laptop to watch it. I feel like the post-match interviews have a significance that somehow they haven't had before.
I think it's because he is so measured and clear about everything, it's allowing the supporters to follow the progress very, very closely. And I think that's intentional on his part, he wants us to be involved and we are.  I respect the fuck out of him for this.

Ruining kids sandcastles and  pensioners birthdays time to start getting involved in ruining middle age peoples barbecues we are missing out on a huge demographic here.
