  1. I take it you didn't do history in school then. The Germans didn't fire on surrendering soldiers so how do you explain the tens of thousands killed in the Battle of France.
  2. He is a chequebook manager. If he really wanted to prove himself he would go to a team like Norwich and not ask for a massive budget. he still managed to fail at Real Madrid despite all the advantages he had there.
  3. We obviously do care, otherwise this thread wouldn't have been started. As others have said, it's no good to ignore. An email to the paper would do more good.
  4. The may think they want the best for the club but it's quite possible that they don't even know what it is. I think that they are harming it, whether they are bright enough to know it or not.
  5. If Ally McCoist really wants what is best for Rangers then he would resign, in fact would have done it long ago. All those excusing him by saying how much he loves Rangers should consider the fact that he loves himself more. That's not a criticism, it's true of everyone. It's a bit embarrassing when people project childish fantasies onto McCoist and smith and other 'Rangers men'.
  6. All of this boardroom turmoil will provide Ally with another of his famous excuses. It's funny how other managers are able to achieve despite off-field traumas.
  7. It's his job to turn the players he has got into a good and attractive team. He has failed to do that.
  8. They don't have Derek key rings because it's an old man's name.
  9. What do you mean by a 'true Ranger'? Is it some kind of closed shop or something, you can only join if you've played and got years behind you? Sorry, the best 'true Ranger' is the one who can restore success. Ally got this job without any experience behind him or any qualifications. We've seen the stupidity of this. Why wasn't the job properly advertised at the time? if he was the best candidate he would have got it. But instead we went the'old school tie' route and look where it's led us.
  10. He was too good for McCoist.
  11. I can already hear Ally's excuses for poor performances after September 1st - "the new players need time to gel together as a team" or some such shit. When will he stop blaming everyone and everything but himself.
  12. Until he goes then there can't be too many 'Ally out' threads.
  13. In 10 years time, when Celtic are going for 12 in a row, I can see some of our fans still making excuses for Ally and saying he needs more time and we have to understand all the problems he's had to work with and that he didn't walk away.
  14. He'd soon have them playing like...us!
  15. If Ally left, what clubs do people think would be queuing up to give him a job? I think there are a lot of people out there better than him. How about the managers of teams who have nothing like the resources that he can draw on yet still bring the best out of the players they have got, something that Ally has never been able to do.
  16. This song is bollocks and doesn't make sense. Are the people who sing it saying that they didn't care when the clubs that didn't like us treated us so disgracefully last year? It seems to me that they are. As mentioned earlier, they can't really complain about the Spiers of this world when they openly say that they don't care about being disliked. Embarrassing Millwall song.
  17. We should sign their marketing team.
  18. I think that they really want Ally and his coaching pals.
  19. Like many others, I emailed gibson Street and left messages on their Facebook page. Like others I have not received a reply from them. I think we should email West End Festival to thank them for their support.
  20. I have to say that Fergie has proved himself to be a disgraceful human being. His bullying and intimidation have made the English game a lot worse. He has attained an untouchable status where the media and FA are terrified to take him on. So we see the disgusting sight of him accusing referees of bias, which leads to them being afraid to give decision in favour of the visiting team at OT. Do we really think that this win at all costs mentality is a god thing. No it fucking isn't. I'm not sad to see him go, he's a wanker. Anyway, remember some of the things he said about us in the past?
  21. The teams Man U were up against were a bit better than Peterhead and East Stirlingshire. They were all full-time professionals for a start.
  22. I'm sure he does but I'm not sure that he knows what it is.
  23. It must be really hard for Ally to function normally when he is only getting paid £750,000 a year.
