They sell themselves more as a stepping stone to EPL club and seem to have players buy into signing contract extensions to get the scum a bigger fee when sold. Players likely use that higher salary in the last year to demand even higher from the club they go to. Unfortunately their buying and selling strategy works very very well for them.

Love Sterling but I'd hope we look to bring in better. A midfielder who can dominate, dictate tempo, be entirely pivotal for us. Not sure he has that in his locker, think he'd complement that type player very well.
