Absolutely mate.  Even if he does claim to be in his new upmarket circle, he should be ashamed.

One of the countries most successful sportsman will happily admit it yet that nobody is ashamed to admit it. Pathetic. It's nothing to do with having to be neutral either, every Talksport presenter apart from him has no problem admitting who they support.

Brilliant to see him nailing his colours to the mast. Be good if more high profile fans followed suit.

It’s now not even about what they are trying to do with regards to Rangers or Rangers fans, even those who don’t support Rangers or the union can see that they are not acting with integrity and should not be trusted to be in any position of power.
Many people say “I can’t understand why any Rangers fan would vote for SNP” but I would further this to “I can’t understand why anyone with a brain would vote for SNP”. I’ve said it a million times before that they will do whatever they can (and like now they are in power) to further themselves in their relentless quest to break up the union, that means they aren’t acting in the best interests of anyone in Scotland, they simply lie and cover up as they trudge on to another independence vote, remember the “once in a generation” line? Total bollocks once again.
Its time to get them out and I just hope enough sand people are starting to wise up to what they are about.

    conspiracy
    noun
a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful.
    —————-
Multiple persons done this with the intent to harm the club, they lied about it with the intent to cover it up.
There are emails where 1 person is asking another what evidence there is against them.
It’s the definition of conspiring. I realise you are never going to accept what is obvious to pretty much everyone else about that party but retain some credibility  ffs.
Laughable? - it couldn’t be more blatant.
I think deep down you must know you are lying to yourself as it’s difficult for you to accept two things you care about are polar opposite and incompatible, enemies tbh.

There’s no denying many nationalists hate everything about the UK from the Union flag to the monarchy, it’s hardly surprising that there is bound to be a sizeable number within the SNP that also despise everything about our football club, to suggest that’s not the case is being extremely naive.

What makes me laugh is your defence of this. First they denied any info was held in this matter, then lied about their involvement. When challenged they tried to turn things into some kind of sectarian plot against them, blackening the character of anyone questioning their motives, whilst still denying any intervention took place. Finally we have proof not only that they did indeed ride roughshod over due process but tried to cover this up. Sometimes your use of paranoid to try and deflect from the issue just makes you look foolish. There is most certainly a grand plan here to stop the Fanzone and an even more elaborate plan to try and hide their tracks. It hasn’t worked and they are now being challenged   about their involvement. Except of course by people like yourself that is who, would rather blame fellow Bears for being “paranoid” than actually come out and blame the parties involved for having an agenda against the Club.

It's sad but you're the laughable one. Here in this one thread is all the evidence needed to literally prove a conspiracy by elected Scottish Nationalist counsellors to prevent Rangers having a fanzone - and yet all you can do is "laugh"
    Never a Rangers man

You do the same thing with every anti snp thread, be controversial and take the gloss off of what was great work by 1872. The vast majority of our support are unionists as are most Protestants so how in gods earth can you state that the snp would be better served courting us? For years Glasgow was run by a catholic labour council yet even these cunts never stooped to the level of hatred now being shown against our club. If it is not an orchestrated conspiracy by the snp borne out of hatred then what is it,what is there to be gained by these nationalist scum apart from fucking us over.? You may indeed be a bluenose but sadly not one who has our clubs welfare at heart, I am glad to say I know literally hundreds of Rangers fans personally and have met even more during my 50 odd years of following the Gers but fortunately I have never been in the company of one with your nauseating attitude. And to answer the first part of your stupid question, you don’t need an agenda to target Rangers only a deep inbred hatred of what the club stands for, but alas your type are blinkered to this fact.

Micheal refused to play and i suspect he regrets that. Brian did play and was awarded player of the tournament. So whether he was a whiner or not he produced the goods.  He was awesome for us.

Quite a shift from previous years.
At Glasgow airport and in Spain I’ve seen far more blue tops than green and white.
In fact I’ve only seen one hooped top over the last 3 days and at least 15 Gers tops, practically all of which were worn by kids.
    The tide is clearly turning.

Where do these timmigrants come with the term "h*n"? See they're calling Alex McLeish "a h*n".
They attempt to steal everything and believe if they say it often enough, it will become factually correct.
The Liverpool fc anthem - what's all that about - you'll never walk alone, (unless we can join in & steal your song, pish)
Back to the "h*n" - when I was a wee kid, 70's & 80's and since 1914 in fact (WWI) the timmigrants were referred to as the "h*n" every Rangers game against those homesick oirishmen (even tho' they'd never actually been there) - it was belted out, "Go home ya' h*ns, go home ya' h*ns go home" - because the kaffliks fenians supported the German's during 2 World wars.
So there you go any fenian's reading in or any Rangers supporter/Protestant that may not know.
They're the h*ns - We Are The People.

Speechless as never even knew he was ill.   He will be missed on here, and always sad news when you hear a fellow bear has fallen.
I wish his family all the best over the coming months and years as we have all lost someone close to us and you never get over it, you just learn to deal with it and move on.  ??

Thought posters might like to put a face to the name, checked if it was okay to do so, it is.
Something most won’t know about ED is that he was at N’castle after leaving school, he was offered terms but his mother decided he was getting a real job in the bank.
He was a big lump of a lad even then, typical battering ram centre forward of that era and skill to go with it, who knows what could have been, hope you like the fotie from last year, keep rockin’ big chap ?

This is indeed, a very sad time, but I'd also like to go on record to thank @gogzy and the admin for letting him back on. It meant more to him than you will know.
Not a bad bone in his body and his eyes full of devilment is the Tam I am sure, those of us who have met him, will recognise.
The only good side, of any of this, is what I have witnessed from other posters who, in real life, have provided the big man with support and entertainment. I know he appreciated it greatly. A few have gone, above and beyond, 'for a bloke from the internet' (they know who they are) and for that alone we can be happy that as a Rangers family we can, and do, care for our own.
    A time for reflection.
