Nothing is guaranteed. Especially in football. None of the people you mention have managed in the spfl therefore represent a risk
From your list the only person I consider safe hands is warnock

Tin hat on here but for a guy who joined us from Hearts after rejecting a contract on seriously reduced terms he has exceeded expectations. Probably the only outfield player today I'd give anywhere near pass marks.
Sadly he doesn't have the physicality or frankly the talent to be anything other than a squad player in a successful Rangers team, but if he leaves he's one of the few that can do so with his head held high knowing he gave it a fair bash but just wasn't good enough.

Beast in midfield?! Fuck off. He isn't good enough along with the majority of this shambles. Compare how he looks to how Wilson looked when he broke into the team as a youngster. Night and day in terms of maturity and ability.

Nothing to cheer about in the viewing (4am out here in British Columbia) but we had a magnificent presence in the ground and they could be heard.  For this, I salute each and every bear/bearette.  These days, I think that we're far too good for the club and we show up time after time after time.  Will there ever come a day when we don't?  Sadly, I think this is the only way things can be changed.  In the meantime, hands across the water from Vancouver to Glasgow.

Yes, there is a lot of over-rated dross in our squad. But a decent manager with half a brain could have taken this shower and moulded them into a team that would be consistently the second best in Scotland.
We cannot compete with them because we have no belief and no backbone and in the recent OF games we have defended (from the midfield back) like a bunch of fucking jessies.
